Trust broken in sharing of data and persistent calls after I said no
The quote I got was suspiciously low, turned out the deductible for a roof replacement was $19K, about the same price as a new roof. I get it, but the reason for the 2 stars is that after I politely refused their offer, I kept getting calls, so I asked them in an email to stop calling me but they kept calling.

I called in to give them my mortgage…
I called in to give them my mortgage companies info and told them verbally to bill them. They wound up charging me without forwarning. So now im out $2,800 because they didnt do what I requested.
