The product is great, but it took over 10 days to ship the order. I got concerned so I wrote an email to support, and it took a while to get a response. I felt like the window from purchase to shipping was too long, and it made me feel like I may have been either overlooked or scammed. Thankfully, the order did eventually ship, and I do enjoy the product.
I bought 3 different vitamins and I’m very happy with each one. I will be buying again and I’m hoping for some sales coming up soon! Thanks for great products!

I ordered the R type Alpha Lipoic Acid Gummies. The label on the item I received differed from the one on the Kindnature website and nowhere on it does it specify that what I received was the R type. I gave the company an opportunity to address this issue by sending them a message 3 days ago via their website, I received no response. So of course I am an unhappy customer.

You received the correct R-type Alpha Lipoic Acid. We recently updated our labels, and some bottles still have the older design while we transition our inventory. Both labels contain the same R-type ALA formula.
