Sunil was thorough in his assessment of my issue and identified the root cause of my pain and after the first follow up session the issue is much improved. I have simple short exercises to do daily to help the recovery. Great service- highly recommend

I have seen Maddie a couple of times now for ongoing treatment of one of my rotator cuffs. I am very impressed by the depth of her knowledge, any questions I have are answered immediately and thoroughly, and my treatment plan fully explained to me with videos.
She is very personable and we usually have a nice chat during the sessions, which helps take the edge off what is quite a painful injury! I'm very grateful and look forward to returning for my next appointment.

The therapist focused on massaging the affected area, which helped significantly in loosening the tight muscles. The targeted massage technique was effective in reducing tension and improving mobility.
After the session, I noticed a marked decrease in pain and increased comfort in shoulder movement. The therapist was knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring the treatment was both effective and tailored to my needs. I feel encouraged by the progress and look forward to continued improvement with further sessions.

Having an initial consultation with Vishal was an excellent experience. The level of detail covered during the session was more than adequate for me to understand the anatomy of my injury and the range of preliminary tests illustrated the mechanics of movement in knee joint.
Since the initial consultation with, my symptoms have eased and I’m looking forward to working with Vishal to strengthen and restore my range of mobility. EXCELLENT!

Maddy is very friendly and approachable and listened intently to my explanations of the pain I felt, the location of the pain. the intensity of the pain and which actions caused the pain which made the consultation more productive . The treatment consisted of hands on manipulation and a set of targeted exercises designed to rehabilitate the area under treatment, which in this case was my hip. She has a plan to get me able to play golf in Spain next month as I am currently out of action with a hip impairment.

Maddie, my physio at Kinetic was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She understood my muscle issues and made good use of all my appointment time. Maddie also provided video exercises for me to do between my appointments.

Kinetic quite literally saved me. Sunny correctly diagnosed my slipped disc before the MRI did at my first consultation, when I could barely walk with excruciating pain. But over the course of a few weeks, Sunny gently & gradually worked with me through exercises to gain back my mobility & become pain free. He was extremely thorough in his explanation & professionally.

Maddie was really warm and friendly, did a thorough assessment, explained everything really clearly and gave expected timescales for recovery.

I visited Kinetic @ 6 weeks ago with severe back pain and over the last 6 weeks I have seen Maddie.
She has provided a totally professional service, both providing a diagnosis, outlining a treatment plan and treating me on 5 occasions, with follow up videos of the rehab exercises. Back now is 95% back to normal.
