Herculean effort from the lads Alan, Scott and Joe hauling an endless supply of heavy boxes up 3 tenement flights, after bringing them through from Glasgow.

Everything was done in the space of a working day, and the whole thing had been arranged at fairly short notice by Craig who was extremely friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service, would not hesitate to use again.

Definitely recommend Kingdom Removals. First contact with Craig was very pleasant and clear. Received exceptional help from Danny and Liam with packing up the kitchen and loading up the truck. They were so helpful and friendly, it really contributed to a stress free day.

When the waiting for the key took longer than expected, Craig solved this by getting more guys to help with unloading, so it would be done faster. They were also very accommodating with my special request of not transporting my outdoor plants in the same truck as my indoor plants, because I was afraid of getting pests and I have a lot of very big, indoor plants. Speaking of that, only one plant had a bit of damage (it was also 2.4 meter long and didn't fit through doors, so that was expected) but nothing else was damaged at all!

I'm very impressed with the help we received and this all for a very fair price. Thanks Craig for setting it all up and thanks Danny and Liam (and the other guys who helped unloading) for making the move as easy for us as possible.

This is the second time I've done a move with Kingdom Removals, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.
I suffer from anxiety and find moving incredibly challenging. Craig was very communicative and reassuring, even going so far as to check in via phone the day before the move which I hugely appreciated. When the team arrived, they were kind, efficient and worked extremely hard going up and down multiple flights of stairs to move my boxes. They were confident, positive, patient professionals and it took away a lot of the stress. They even supported me by ensuring that some precious objects that I had not packed properly (handmade baskets and a sewing machine) were stored safely in the van and arrived totally undamaged.

I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough, please do yourself a favour and book all your removals with Kingdom. Honest, kind and hard working professionals who deliver a faultless service every time.

Selling my house, got a call from my solicitor saying the buyer wanted a completion date at the end of the week. I started panicking, reached out to a few removal companies, and Kingston made room in their schedule for me. Brilliant communication throughout, really open and upfront quote, and then they came and loaded everything up really fast but carefully, on the hottest day of the year, and shifted it into storage for me. And they were cheerful and friendly about it. Would recommend them to anyone.

Let's face it, moving house is stressful. If you want to make it as stress free as it is possible to be I strongly suggest you go with these guys. Hard working, efficient, great communicators and damn friendly. Thanks so much and all the best to your company.

I truly couldn’t recommend Kingdom Removals enough. From start to finish the service was impeccable. I booked relatively last minute however they were very accommodating with this, they showed up on time exactly when they said they would and communicated constantly throughout with me. No items were damaged whatsoever as great care was taken, even when moving large objects through small door frames etc. they were extremely careful and left no marks on walls. I dealt with two teams of two movers over the course of two days and both teams were professional and friendly. A great experience from start to finish, really took so much of the stress of moving away. I cannot recommend Kingdom Removals highly enough & will certainly be using their services for any future moves. Thank you Kingdom Removals!!

Craig and his team are brilliant, trustworthy and helpful. My mum has dementia and was very stressed so Craig went above and beyond to help her, give reassurance and support. When we couldn’t find a key last minute he conjured up a locksmith to save the day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Craig and the team are nothing short of near miracle workers, helping us with a move from Edinburgh to Dundee. We have used a removal firm before, but if we need to again, then Kingdom Removals would be our first choice.

After the dust has settled.( Moved, unpacked and settled) This is the third time we asked kingdom removals to help us move. Third time round after 5 years, I gave Craig ( kingdom owner) a call. He still had my name and number saved on his phone. Wow. What a man. I would never have thought. He answered like no time has passed at all.
Craig has a soul of gold. He genuinely cares and wants to help. He came round to our now old house the day after calling. Put a quote together, and gave us a very competitive price. We needed boxes to pack, he organised these, aswell as packing tape and paper. All at a very good price.
The day of the move went so smoothly. The two guys who came were amazing. They properly cared and worked so hard. Everything was treated with absolute care.
Communication and dealings with kingdom removals was brilliant. I recommend them fully. Hard working with no issues.

From the very first introduction meeting to the end of the job Craig and his team were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, amazing service and the removal guys were superbly professional at their job. The attention to detail wrapping individual items to the care with moving our furniture was superb. I have no hesitation in recommending Kingdom removals to anyone. Took away the stress of moving and all went super smooth.

We were moving sundries from Edinburgh to Kent. Craig was extremely helpful in fitting our relatively small load in with other jobs to accommodate our needs. The guys were on time, friendly and efficient and got the job done no problem. This company made moving stress free. I’d had a nightmare booking AnyVan the week before, which turned out to be an essentially fraudulent company who makes no amends to what they put people through continually with their poor service. When they had me wait 2hrs from home at my storage unit from 8-5pm in my hire car, (booking and cancelling van drivers on me left and right), I had an emergency situation where I had to be out of the unit the next day. I called this company and Craig was immediately understanding and reassuring, he knew the nightmares of AnyVan, and sent his best guy out for me to do the pick up the next day. It was seamless. Alan was on time, organised, looked after my things and both Craig and Alan gave me texts and calls ahead of leaving Edinburgh to get to my pick up location for my peace of mind as requested. Communication was great and easy. It was straightforward and stress free, and for me still affordable.

Please think to use this company in future for your moves. And boycott AnyVan who continue to scam 100s of people per day (They have had 2 BBC Watchdog appearances in the last 4 years). Do not trust AnyVan Trustpilot reviews they are bought and legitimate removal companies across the UK are more than aware of how infamous AnyVan is. Use a legitimate one like Kingdom Removals instead!

We highly recommend this company! They rescued us from a stressful situation when our lift broke down a few days before our removal date.The company we had previously booked cancelled on us due to the extra effort of moving furniture down 5 flights of stairs.
Craig was immediately reassuring both over the phone and then again when he came to our flat later that day.
Despite having a busy week, they strategically planned an earlier pick up of furniture, stored it for 2 days so that they could deliver to our new address on the scheduled house move date.
All of this was carried out professionally and joyfully. The whole team were warm and friendly and didn’t seem to mind the exhausting work incurred climbing all those stairs! We will recommend them to all our family and friends.
I should add that the price was fair and a competitive rate even if we had not been in a jam.

Excellent experience with Kingdom Removals. Communication was great throughout the process - Craig was always quick to answer queries, and was really accommodating when our move date changed twice.
The team who did the move were excellent too - they were punctual, courteous, efficient and took great care of my belongings - they put my mind at ease throughout and helped remove some of the stress from a stressful day! Would definitely use Kingdom Removals again :)

I have much experience of furniture removal service providers having spent much of my life overseas and have moved 10X>. This ranks as the best of those experiences with reasons detailed below in order of priority:

1) The attitude of the principal Craig - he simply does not want to let the customer down and embodies excellence in customer service . This attitude underpins the culture and behavior of all the operatives.
2) They arrived on time and finished the same day.
3) No breakages.
4) Everything was delivered.
5) No property damage - removal was from a large basement flat involving the navigation of 2 spiral staircases in fairly confined spaces.
6) Resilience - 2 trucks were scheduled but 1 truck broke down on the same day. A CAN DO attitude was adopted and the job was completed despite the significant challenge.

Another great experience. This time the boys were taking a few large and heavy bits of furniture down to the Borders for me. They arrived on time (a courtesy phone call 45 mins out) and did a quick walk around to check the pieces that were moving. They handled two heavy sofas and an extremely hefty walnut sideboard with ease, being very careful to avoid my wall lights with the sofas. Everything was packed up within half an hour and off they went. A good trip down to the Borders and another courtesy phone call before arrival. Reports from there were excellent and our friends were delighted with Ally and Adam’s care and attention.

This is the third time we’ve used Kingdom and the communications really are superb as well has having neat, courteous and professional staff. Nothing is a problem for them and we’d use them again even for small jobs. Thanks again to all.
