Worst company ever, bought an expensive $2000 mattress that started sagging from day 1. They “replaced” or “fixed” the mattress but still same issue and now refuse to refund or do anything about it. BUYERS BEWARE

Warning to women in particular.
I have a very expensive King Koil silver mattress for a month. I have not had a single proper nights sleep in it since I got it. It is like sleeping on a furnace. Contacted King Koil and Frank McGowans who both told me “tough”. Yes I’m over 50 and can be hot at night. But I didn’t have this issue with my last bed and I’ve been in a holiday home for Easter sleeping in a way cheaper bed with no issue. You can not possibly tell this issue by spending 5 minutes “testing” a mattress in a shop. There has to be some come back for such an expensive purchase. Apparently there isn’t with these organisations. AVOID and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Beware! Purchased Kingkoil Queen size air bed on Jun2025 and start loosing air by Jan 2026. Used it occasionally with 2 grandkids on Fri nights for sleepover. Called Customer Service for warranty replacement 3x and left voice mails as the only choice. Called 4th / 5th time only to be rejected by phone silence. 2nd or 3rd wk after that, Customer service finally returned my call for assistance! However, I had thrown away the air bed and its corresponding /all my documents, thereafter.

PLEASE, don't choose this company to buy a airbed!

SCAMMERS BIG TIME!!!!

i bought top of the range matress cost me more then what i have ever spent on a matress and its terrible they already have taken back to fix but it is supposed to be plush but when came back it was worse now it sags in middle and only one person can sleep on it it is still under warranty now they want me to pay for it to send back which i shouldnt have to there mistake and i am worried if i do it will be worse so i would not recommand them it is a bellissimo plush no longer plush i am very annoyed over this

This mattress has racked my back, on painkillers out if work now because of the pain this Mattress has caused and the company I got it from will not contact king koil because it's not damaged,which is the only way they can be contacted!
USELESS!

We purchased from Harvey Norman Nass in April 2022 and delivered in July, The mattress was a solitaire and cost € 2000 seemed great to start Then after 3 months bubble started coming up in the center area rang Harvey Norman told me to take pictures of the mattress sent them over in January, they said it was perfect, I there not sleeping in the bed how would they know from pictures impossible, Re complained in February 2023 Harvey Norman sent out The leather doctor from Tipperary what an arrogant man rushed in no respect for your home did not take his shoes off, went upstairs to the bed, put a plum line on it and the laid on it he did not understand you need 2 people to lay on the bed to see the problem, when we both lay in it it's like laying in a valley you both fall into the center of it, you get up the next day fatigued absolutely awful we have had many beds over the last 45 years, We wanted to buy Irish what a big mistake do not waste your money on whats supposed to be a luxury mattress , is a load of junk , with no support From Harvey Norman and King Koil The warranty

I purchased the king koil luxury spinal guard mattress through a belfast dealer to the sum of £525 , within a year 2 deep indentations appeared in the mattress approximately 2.5 to 3 inches deep , i contacted the dealer who in turn contacted king koil and an assessor appeared , off he went to write a report which came back stating I had the slats in the wrong way , no indentations on the underside of the mattress which is 11 inches thick , just the top of the mattress but apparently the slats in the wrong way have caved in this mattress to 3 inches deep , king koil have refused to help me in any way even though there is over 8 years left on the warranty but if anyone takes the time to Google " king koil reviews" they will see that this is a very common problem with their mattresses , numerous complaints of indentations , described as trenches in some cases , avoid king koil at all costs , you don't always get what you pay for . . . And as for trying to contact king koil , we'll that's off the scale completely . . . .

Same experience as below but after 6months!!! Terrible quality!

King Koil Natural Posture 1800 Chiro, King Size / 5ft size.
Comfortable in store. Problems began less than 18 months after purchase when we started to notice indentations.
After two years , one side started to collapse and both sides had heavy indentations not experienced on much cheaper mattresses. The mattress at this point was very uncomfortable so we hoped to get it repaired under the King Koil Long Term Warranty Service. An inspection by a third party was organised and they went away to write their report. When the report arrived from Kaymed / Kayfoam Woolfson, it was no more than a boiler plate handwashing exercise where it was alleged the technician had found only half an inch of indentation (our own measurements with the most basic tools revealed it was 3 inches) and that this was within normal tolerance levels. These tolerance levels were not published in the King Koil Warranty Service Policy nor were they made available to us at any point during the purchase or indeed during the post-purchase complaint process. Despite following up we never managed to get a satisfactory result and King Koil were uninterested in resolving the matter. A very expensive mistake. Avoid King Koil at all costs is the advice I have been giving to anyone I know considering a new mattress.
