We had new soffits and gutters fitted. From initial consultation through to completion of the job we were very pleased with Kingsbridge Local. The fitters were helpful and professional and just got on with the job.
On completion there was a small detail that I was unhappy with, I gave my contact a call and it was remedied the following day.
Finished job looks very smart and all in all we are very happy.

From a cold call visit of a Rep for Kingsbridge Local, I decided to agree to meet a further agent from their firm to discuss the possible replacement of my facia’s, soffit’s and guttering. The guttering definitely needed some work.

The agent promptly arrived later that day to discuss what could be carried out, and the cost. The cost quoted was reasonable, as I was aware of a friend who had similar work carried out, and the cost was comparable. I was advised a surveyor would call to finalise what work would be undertaken.

A surveyor arrived within a week to check the works to be carried out, confirming they would be capping with Facia’s and Soffit’s and replacing the guttering, and a provisional date was given for the week the work was to take place. It would take a day. There was a slight problem in so far as that date was approaching but I had not received confirmation of the day the workers would arrive during that week. I left a message with Kingsbridge Local asking if they could clarify. I received a call a few hours later confirming the situation, and was assured I would be notified later that week of the date of commencement. This was duly notified to me, and the 2 workmen arrived on time, on the date given.

As part of the job, the workmen had to bring a mobile scaffold, and fixtures through the house, to access the back of the house. There was no mess or damage made. They were very professional, and quickly, and quietly, got on with the job in hand. I was pleased with the end result (especially as the house is pebble-dashed) which looked very neat and tidy and has boosted the appearance of the property. With heavy rain the following day, there was no problems with the guttering. The workmen were very approachable, and were happy to discuss the work, and cleared up after them. To date the work seems fine.

Within the week I had received a communication from Kingsbridge Local confirming the completion of the work, and enclosing their guarantee.

I can recommend Kingsbridge Local as a company to consider should you require this type of work to be undertaken.

I have had my conservatory for a year now.The first fix was fine but the little bits and pieces that needed doing are a nightmare and it is still ongoing.How can anyone supply a conservatory with bifold doors and also bi-fold doors leading into the conservatory from the dining room with so many screws missing on the hinges.......who is supposed to check these things.It was me that noticed it.It should never have been left like that.
Why was it not checked??

I ordered soffits and bargeboards replacements in early August. Every date promised for surveys, and install were not met. The office staff obviously do not talk to each other. Manager/Directors are never available when you call. Without telling me installation was cancelled this morning. I have cancelled the order and the Surveyor has promised my deposit will refunded. I hope it arrives

Window Fitters were brilliant a credit to your company nothing was to much trouble

I have used Kingsbridge three times this year to replace windows, a French door and guttering. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent. The fitters are hard working, polite and professional as is the aftersales service.

I was most impress by the service I received. Your fitter was most polite, worked efficiently and cleared up when he was finished.

The fitters were excellent, professional and very tidy. Had to chase up the plasterer to finish the job though.

Two gentlemen did the installation, very polite and professional. Just a few marks left on the carpet. No friction!

A really nice - non pressurised salesman turned up for a planned appointment - discussed my requirements and gave me a quote there and then. I couldn't afford it at the time so never called back and I was never bothered by the company again. Then I came into some money and gave them a chance to re-quote. I couldn't be happier with my new windows they look lovely; will hopefully keep my home warmer and my bills down in the winter. I would definitely recommend .

Friendly staff over the phone and the work men who came to my house. They work very hard and cleaned up after themselves.

I was a little dubious about the pressure put on us to accept their quote quickly but had been impressed with what the salesman said so agreed. I still do not know if I could have got a better price but doubt if I could have got a better service.
