Kings Comics Reviews

Well packaged and arrived with no damage, will be using Kings for my comic needs

Very easy, from information I store to online ordering and collection. Comics in perfect condition.

Everyone at Kings is so nice and they honestly have the best selection of silver age and modern comics. Everytime I go there I’m able to find something which is great.

Excellent service

Friendly, accommodating, and a great store for all your comic/nerd needs.
Specifically, I made an order and then realised I forgot to add one comic. Made a second order with the comic I missed and had to pay for shipping again - but staff were happy to combine both orders and refund me once instance of shipping.

Kings always comes through with the comics I am after, always fast delivery, excellent service.

I clicked my mouse buttons a few times, then comics showed up on my doorstep! Couldn't be easier. Everything arrived in perfect condition, they were very well protected so even if AusPost decided to frisbee my parcel across the warehouse, the books would still be pristine.

Updated: All my brand new books had spine splitting and two had damage in the top corners, but I emailed photos to Kings and they organised replacements without hassle! Great customer service

While the packaging was top notch and sent in a timely manner, they sent a brand new book full of spine ticks without disclosing this and at full cost.

Great Selection: I found both rare issues and new releases that I was after.
Easy Navigation: Your website is user-friendly with detailed descriptions and images.
Smooth Checkout: The secure and efficient process made shopping a breeze.
Fast Delivery: My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition - we all know how IMPORTANT it is when comic collecting!

Always a pleasant experience shopping online with Kings Comics. Delivery is fast and my comics are well protected in what they are packed in. Rang the store once and found the staff to be helpful and friendly.

Order mostly fulfilled as placed, however one issue was not as ordered - contacted store, explained situation, they looked into it and issued a refund promptly. Genuinely can't fault their customer service.

Quick delivery great condition of product.

Clear, transparent communication, quick, safe delivery and product was as expected as ordered. Gold Star. Well done team. 👍

Easy ordering system. Great communication from the store with parcel updates and delivery. Fantastic items and perfect condition every time.

1st time buyer and really happy with the customer service I received for my online order, I'm interstate so my purchase arrived safely and quickly, I look forward to purchasing again.
Keep up the amazing work 😁

Got everthing I need, no mess around, fast delivery. All round great experience.

Great overall experience, prompt and professional will definitely purchase form them again

Great shop to visit. All orders are always promptly dealt with and their only hold up is the shipping from the USA which is beyond Kings control. Have spent thousands of dollars in the store over the past 10 years plus without any issues whatsoever. Staff are always helpful. Will continue to use them on a weekly basis.
