Unfortunately 1 is the lowest rating possible. I purchased a jacket for my son from King Size for Christmas and just discovered my credit card has been charged $16.95/mo for some membership subscription service I never signed up for. Apparently for the "privilege" of being a shop-a-holic. I have never shopped at any of these retailers except an occasional purchase from King Size and would never sign up for a Premuim shopper service like this. But they have "stolen" $16.95 per month since December 2025. The whole thing is an underhanded rip-off to unaware victims. King Size should be ashamed. I will never shop King Size again.

I bought my 6 foot 4, ( 23M) son a pair of pants there he loved them. Ever since that I’ve been getting charged $16 a month for some kind of rewards program that I didn’t sign up for. I’ve had to block them from taking payments because I’ve tried to cancel and I’m not finding out where I can do this at !! very inappropriate very unprofessional.. would not purchase from them again to save my life!! I paid $90 for a pair of jeans plus shipping and $16.95 a month since January!! totally a scam rewards program

Cannot give the negative stars that it deserves. Charges late fees when there are no late fees. Then charges interest on late fees. Took 18 days to process a payment that was sent through my billpay. Charges for paper statements, want to cancel badly. Not worth the trouble for an insignificant card with$300 limit. Was promised discounts for taking the card -it is only a way to charge interest and fees.

I found $16.95/month on my bank acct from KING SIZE. Just got off the phone with them. Anyone who has done business with them, you need to check your bank account immediately. So many are probably getting scammed too. If you sign up for their rewards, you'll be billed.

Who, or what office can we report this scam to? It needs to stop and this should be a Class Action Suit!

Extremely Disappointed – Deceptive Practices
This company has gone downhill fast. The clothing quality is nowhere near what it used to be. What’s worse—they’ve been charging me a $16.95/month membership I never knowingly signed up for. There was no clear indication of any membership during my single purchase in October 2024, yet I’ve now been charged $186.45.

When I finally called customer service to request a refund, the rep immediately knew why I was calling, put me on hold, and a manager issued the refund without hesitation. That tells me everything—they know exactly what they’re doing. This is bad business, plain and simple. I will never purchase from them again.

I was charged $16.95 in July and August (caught it on new charge in August) for something called Kingsize Rewards. I never opted into this. Many comments online show the same. It apparently is a pre-checked box in a previous purchase. This is very unethical. Will not buy from them again. Great way to ruine a reputation.

SO I MADE A PURCHASE FOR SHOES FOR MY SON AND SPENT $108 AND THEN TWO DAYS LATER TOLD THE ORDER CANCELLED AND WAS GIVEN TWO 25% COUPONS SUPPOSEDLY TO USE IN THE NEXT 5 DAYS OKAY SO IM FIRST WAITING FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED WHICH IM THINKING OKAY MAY TAKE 7-10 DAYS SO OKAY ILL USE THESE COUPONS FOR THE 25% OFF WHERE THIS TIME I MADE A PURCHASE FOR $84 OKAY I THINK THE SO CALLED 25% WAS TAKEN OFF BUT THEN JUST TWO DAYS AGO I WAS NOW TOLD AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED NOW MIND U I AM NOW OWED $192 PLUS DOLLARS BUT THEY JUST TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT STILL BUT CANCELLED MY ORDER THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM AND FRAUD COMPANY I HAVE SEEN AND I HOPE THEY WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AS IM GOING TO BBB AS WELL BECAUSE THIS IS JUST WRONG TO BE TAKEN PEOPLE'S MONEY

I discovered I’ve been charged $16.95 every month since December 2024 for the King Size Direct Rewards program — something I never knowingly signed up for. The only “enrollment” I can imagine was clicking a “free rewards / free shipping” offer while checking out on their website. There was no clear disclosure that it was a paid program, and no reminder when the charges began or renewal charges.

Buyer beware — the “free rewards” isn’t actually free, and you may be enrolled in a recurring $16.95/month program without clear consent.

If I could give KING SIZE a minus one billion, I would. What a HORRIBLE company to deal with! I not only had problems with their shipping costs and finally had to go thru the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, but this month I discovered a charge for $16.95 for a "membership" that I never took out. What a fraudulent company! I had to go through my credit card company to report the fraud. KING SIZE is the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with!

Placed an order for polo shirts for work and was told I qualified for free shipping. I didn't realize that I was being charged shipping on each item and not on one lump shipment. I was charged for shipping anyway. Was directed to request reimbursement through proof of purchase. "Free Shipment" caps out at $17. On top of that, auto-enrolled me in a rewards program they want to charge monthly for. Then, put my order on backorder. Absolute scam.

Wow! Don’t ever order from this company. Back orders galore, charging multiple times for an order, asking for a refund automatically signs you up for a membership. Trying to cancel and refund is impossible. On the last call I was told to call back in 3 hours. I did and they have blocked calls from my area code. Had to contact credit card company for a dispute.

If you apply for a rebate you are AUTOMATICALLY signed up for a free trial of their rewards program. After the trial period your credit card is charged a monthly fee of $14.95 every month. This is a very DECEPTIVE practice. I just audited my credit card bills and found they had been billing this for 44 months! A total of $657.80. When I called they claimed ypthey could only refund 11 months so they still charged me $493.35. As far as I am concerned this is unacceptable and I will continue to pursue a full refund through KingSize management, the bbb, social media, and whatever other means are necessary

King Size has nice clothes but holy shit the shipping is really expensive and they charge for returns then I feel they trick you into joining what they call a rewards program that as far as I can tell is also deceptive. I will never order from them again.

So deceptive!!! I just made an order on king size website for bathrobes and noticed days later a charge on PayPal for $1.99 where it said king size members rewards. I had no idea where this came from! Then I go to the members rewards website (which I don’t remember ever signing up for) and I have a “free trial” that is set to renew for $15 dollars every month. Thank God I was notified of the $1.99 charge! What a scam and so deceptive. I will never do business with this company again. I called and was able to get the membership cancelled but no refund for the $1.99! Unbelievable. This should be shut down immediately. I can only imagine others who got scammed by this for months!

I was a Kingsize member. And was approved for their rewards card thinking I can get discounts seeing how I always spent a lot of money on their website mainly for work clothes. I treated the card like a credit card. Once used I would pay it then not use it. Then I started seeing I was be charged 14-15 dollars and I wasn’t using the card nor was I benefiting anything from the card. After I cancelled the card. I received harassing phone call twice a week for the past year. Now being sued for $700. Lmao! I deleted my customer account with them. I WILL NEVER,EVER CONTINUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!

SCAMMERS, signing people up for rewards they didnt sign for. I returned a sportcoat, no refund, no store credit and now $16.95 ON TOP OF A $140 SPORT COAT. scammers, i WILL DISPUTE THE SHARGE WITH PAYPAL YOU ARE not AUTHORIZED IN MY ACCOUNT

Bought one t shirt from this company and even though it is not stated in my email receipt and I did not accept, they signed me up for this anyways. I had to call to cancel and they said I will be getting a refund. I am a very savvy consumer who was totally scammed with this and will not be patronizing this business again.

I was not aware that I was signed up for this. I would never have done it because I don't shop there often enough. Finally received an email today charging my account. Apparently, I have been paying the charge since January 2024.
