I needed to match some desks with some existing office furniture, and Kings had the choice and the stock I needed. And what I ended up with was better than I expected. 4. The range of chairs (second-hand, but quality) exceeded what you could purchase, at a sensible price new.
5. Background - I was fed-up buying office chairs form a certain supplier parcel delivery firm, where the gas struts gave-up within 18 months and the seat padding / cover was such basic quality, it wore out and went flat.
- You get what you pay for, as they say !
During a client call, the usual opening disucssion about the weather and someone mentioned how comfortable their chair was and who supplied it (Kings !)
The feature I wanted was the seat base slide, so you do not cut the blood supply off to your thighs ! And Kings had it :-)
So, in summary, either buy cheap several times or get a good one from a good company - If you WFH, it's an office used quality chair, but at home.

TYVM to all at Kings and don't forget they have their own delivery people, not some package drop-off, thrown over the fence !

Ordered a chair and from day 1 the contact with the company was superb. At first received a chair that was nearly 1:1 copy of what I ordered, just the brand and few tiny details were different. But this was because the chair appeared almost exactly the same. When I contacted the customer support they immediately arrangement replacement with the actual chair that I ordered. They swapped it few days later.

The chair is great - sturdy, looks almost as good as new - clean, ready to use right after delivery (and I had the chance to experience it twice).

Aaron deserves a shoutout - very professional, very focused. I don't think he ever took longer than 2 minutes to reply to my emails.

I called Aaron when I was away on holiday and he delivered the first items of furniture the next day and said we would have to wait until the following week for the remainder. Two days later we took delivery of our second items, unbeliveale service.

THE 2 INSTALL GUYS WERE SUPERB. QUIET, EFFICIENT, POLITE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE , REMOVED ALL RUBBISH FROM SITE - EXCELLENT JOB !!
