Had the chairs we needed and they were delivered promptly, they arrive din excellent condition.

Very efficient service from ordering to delivery and the provision of extra cupboard keys. the delivery men were keen to ensure that the delivery was quick and products placed exactly where requested.

My son put me onto Kings having bought a great quality used office chair. A really good selection, easy to order, great communications.

My chair has just arrived, more adjustments than I have been used to so still learning but it is great quality and a huge saving over new.

I chose the chair I wanted, they contacted me to give a quote on delivery and then delivered it when they said with good communication along the way. Cost of the chair was good, as was the quality (not perfect, but perfectly acceptable.)

I know some people on here experienced some problems, but as of May 2025, I experienced no problems with delivery.

Ordered an office chair for my home office, assisted very well by Sam (thank you!). Process was simple. Delivered on the day Sam promised, if a little behind schedule. Overall very pleased with the experience.
I'd encourage the company to adopt an advisory two-hour 'expected delivery time slot' system, as a means of controlling customer expectations.

Terrible service, echo the last few reviews. Impossible to get a delivery date and they don't even read the emails properly. Paid on 16th April and 2 weeks later still not delivered. Very poor communication. Not worth it.

Really poor communication. Feels like an amateur running this company in their spare time.

Made me eat the cost for a failed delivery, yet I had absolutely no communication from them that they were trying to deliver.

I brought a chair that made my back so bad it put me in bed for a week. I went to make some adjustments but it was sold to me with all the screws over tightened so it was impossible to make any adjustments. They refused to even do a trade in because it was over 6 months (it had been 7). Terrible chair, terrible customer service

I contacted Kings to inquire about a quotation for the potential acquisition of second-hand furniture, having forwarded photographs via email for assessment. I was taken aback by the brusque and derisive response from the company representative, who not only laughed but also unequivocally expressed disinterest in procuring my furniture. The tone employed was characterised by rudeness and condescension, leaving no room for ambiguity regarding their lack of interest. While I understand and respect Kings' prerogative to decline the purchase, my primary concern pertains to the discourteous manner in which the communication transpired, marked by an inappropriate choice of language and a deficiency in customer service etiquette.

Consequently, based on this encounter and the subsequent feelings of embarrassment and belittlement it instigated, I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service provided by Kings. Therefore, I do not recommend engaging with this company, as my experience suggests a disregard for professionalism and a lack of consideration for customer satisfaction.

Great service. Responded well to my late request for a change in the order and sorted an issue with the courier very quickly and considerately.

We needed 2 office chairs, ordered 2 online, and the response was quick and friendly.
The chairs were delivered on time and are in great condition.

Excellent refurbished chair and customer service when ordering and delivery. This is my second purchase from this company and I would definitely buy from them again.

The process from start to finish was seamless.

We purchased and ordered used office furniture which was delivered and assembled in 13 days. However, this specific date was requested as we had building work that needed to be finished first. So I feel delivery would have been sooner.

The Pedi stools were delivered without keys. I emailed Jacob to which I got a response straight away to say they had already been posted to us. Later that day we received the keys.

The furniture is is great condition and what's more- we have recycled, doing our bit for the environment.
