Excellent service from Ayesha who proposed a good design and cost. End product is excellent. Very happy.

Saw an advertisement on instagram and asked for a quote. Received a phone call from Ayesha the next morning. Confirmed what I would like and to work within my budget. I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the product when it arrived. Arrived very quickly for a bespoke item. Ayesha contacted me multiple times before and after receiving the sign to make sure I was happy with the product. Highly recommend!

We are delighted to have received our neon signs. Ayesha was brilliant and patient while we changes sizes and designs. The shipment was done earlier than expected and the signs are now on the wall with the easy fitting instructions. Highly recommend!

Ordered a couple of custom neon signs for my business in mid October, with the intention of having them hang in my windows to draw in customers during the Christmas rush. The ordering process with Kelly went well, but when the signs arrived, a couple components for the hanging setup were missing. Wrote to them, and two weeks (!) later they sent out one of the pieces that I needed but not the others. Wrote to them twice more and I’m STILL waiting for the missing pieces to arrive, and it’s already January. Sure, I could fashion something temporarily, but one of the signs is very large and will hang in a very visible but difficult place to get to, so I want to do the installation just once. Their customer service sucks!!!

Product is what I expected. Got delivered within a week. However, my gripe is the amount of SPAM now ends up in my emails and now junk file even after blocking them. Just because I purchased from you once, doesn't mean I want to buy a sign from you every single day of the week. The amount of spam as ridiculous!

Personal touch, talking to a human that cares about the design and has good answers to questions. Fast service and personal care. Great experience.

Terrible customer service. 🛑 AVOID at all cost 🛑

Our experience is pretty cut and dry.
- We asked for the "Largest One-Piece size".
- They said it was 96" wide.
- They created our quote/design.
- We approved.
- Sign arrived.
- It was 2 pieces.

The 2-piece error is 100% the fault of Kings of Neon. There really isn't any room for ambiguity.

We tried to work with customer service to correct THEIR mistake. They offered us "15% off on a NEW sign" with ZERO accountability or effort to correct the problem their company created.

This was a super disappointing experience. We are a small business and were excited to finally get a LED sign. We were already planning more in the future. They could have turned our experience into a repeat business, but instead, chose to burn a bridge and lose a customer.

There are a lot of LED sign companies out there - Pick one of those.

The neon itself was fine and arrived quickly - it was contract manufactured offshore and is likely the same product as available through many other similar vendors. The issue here is that it shipped with several components missing and it took a lot of chasing over several weeks to get them delivered. The battery pack supplied for portable use is flimsy and unsuitable for regular touring. Beware of the cost - literally everything is an option and it escalates from the advertised price very quickly. This firm refused to honour it's advertised discount offers. I would recommend looking elsewhere due to the poor customer experience.

She and her team helped make my idea into a reality. They communicated every step of the way of the process and advised me on what would work best for my home. I’m glad I contacted them and chose the to make my custom sign.

I got to work with Tabitha on creating a custom neon sign for our event and she was the absolute best! She helped me get our sign worked out and into production in an afternoon and was able to ensure that it would arrive in time for the event. The sign itself looks amazing! It definitely took our booth setup to a whole new level.
