I would also like to recognise the outstanding removal team. Louis, the Team Leader, was simply superb. He led the move with confidence, professionalism and remarkable organisation, ensuring everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. His calm manner and positive attitude gave us complete confidence throughout the day.
Thomas, Victor, Gareth and Aivaras were equally fantastic. Every one of them worked incredibly hard, treated our belongings with genuine care and respect, and remained friendly, courteous and cheerful throughout what was a long and physically demanding day. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always willing to go the extra mile to help.
What impressed me most was how well they worked together as a team. Their coordination, efficiency and attention to detail were outstanding. They handled every item with great care, worked tirelessly without complaint, and took immense pride in delivering an exceptional service.
