I only played on the site for 3 days and lost money, thanks Mikki. I'm not a sore loser, but I think the payouts on the site might be lower than others. There's no way to be sure, but I've played slots on other sites and have never experienced the low payouts I got on this site. Usually I get a decent hit that gives me some of my money back or a win something but on Kirgo, the bonuses just didn't hit when I was close to winning thousands a handful of times. I bought probably 30-50 bonuses and only one paid a 5x on a $40, and two paid a 2x. I'd probably say 10 paid me 0.5, the others paid less than $5 and I bought mostly $40-160 bonuses. I couldn't believe it was so bad. The UI is bad, I couldn't fullscreen many of the games and its just hard to figure out where things are. I would be able to count how many bonuses I bought but the site only tracks the last 50 bets smh. I also couldn't access many of the tables on evolution and pragmatic. Lastly, the rakeback and bonuses are always tied to a wager requirement and can't be immediately withdrawn like on other sites. If you cancel the wager requirement, you lose the bonus and all of your winning bets made with it. I'll just stick to Shuffle and Stake. The two star rating is only for the customer service I got, every time I contacted support and felt like I was talking to an actual person and they quickly solved my issues every time.

i have been waiting 5 days for a medium sized withdrawal. not something over $2000, but larger then $1500. ive been met with constant emails/live chat responses of another 24/48 hrs every time for support to have nothing occur. just constant messages about giving it more time.

EDIT: i ended up getting paid 3 days into the week finally. received all of my funds however my account is still locked. I RECCOMEND PLAYING ON ANY OTHER SITE AS IT TOOK DAYS OF NO COMMUNICATION TO GET THIS. rainbet/stake have both treated me exceptionally well in comparison

It's a scam site overall. They kick you off when your trying to place bets and are winning. Also, difficult to get your sol. Stay away

Kirgo hat vor ca 2.5 Wochen ein unangekündigtes update gemacht. Das Casino war dann mehrere Tage nicht zugänglich. Dies geschah ohne Ankündigung. Danach klappte nichts mehr. Ich warte jetzt noch auf drei Bonusse die mir zustehen. Das ganze Loyalty programm wurde auf null gesetzt und man fängt wieder von Vorne an. Die Cashback funktion wurde ebenfalls geschätz halbiert. Der Support mit dem ich ca. 15 mal geschrieben habe stellt immer wieder die gleichen Fragen und vertröstet einem auf später. Usw usw. die Seite ist nur noch Dreck seit dem Update.

The only thing I will say is that if the close your account and you have pending bets they will not be transparent or pay you out of you win the pending bets.

I had made around a little over 1000 dollars and they wanted until I placed sport bets and began to play Baccarat and mid play the closed my account and told me they would pay me out what was left on balance.
How convenient lol since the rest of the funds were tide up in bets. I asked them to cash them out and pay them out they refused and sayed they allow the bets to play on and would pay me out on the winnings.

I reached out to inquire about the bets but they ignored my inquiry.

So everything started out great when I first started playing with this site about a month ago after hearing all of talk about it on social media by Mikki Mase saying that it was a legitimate online casino. So I made three deposits with them and in one day won $7,000 which they cashed out immediately like within an hour I had the money in my account. Personally I am homeless on the streets of Los Angeles and haven’t had more than a few hundred dollars in my hand at any given time over the past three years so naturally I went kinda crazy with all this money and thinking that since this site is legitimate that I would continue to win more money if I played more just like mikki has done. Well Thats not the case with this casino. Once I won that one time I have yet to hit for anything more a couple hundred dollars after I had made a $900 deposit and then a $800 deposit Thats same day. Since then I have deposited over $1500 more and have never gotten above my deposit amount one single time. So to say that it’s a legitimate and fair site to play with would be a lie. If they let me win $6400 and I have sent them back about $2700 of that back that should mean that they could allow me to win that $2700 back and they would still be doing just fine since that’s what they allowed mt to win in the first place.

I plaid blackjack and multiple times the game kicked me out mid game and took my money. Support blamed me not clearing my cache or cookies and offered no resolution. The bonuses are a trap to take your money as most you can wager is $5 at a time and you have to play through your bonus 50 times, so you're going to have to play days straight before you can possibly withdraw.

Kirgo has very suspicious RTP values. Lower than what the industry delivers. On most slots providing only ~94% RTP which is below the norms. Average normal RTP should be above ~96%.

Deposited 29 cad turned into "bonus cash" and the initial deposit and any winnings can't be withdrawn anymore and plus bonus funds expires too. Tried to get info on the bonus and my bonus canceled itself and my account went to $0.00 after beign on $70 right before. Contacted support and they said it's normal and there's no way they can help. Deleted the app and my account this Is a scam site you won't get your money out of
