Our ice maker broke in less than 2 months. Their "support" is a joke. Phone number does not work. Emails and claim submissions go unanswered. I would not buy a newspaper from this place much less appliances

This company is nothing but a fraud.
They refused to honor their one year warranty after giving me the runaround for months and then claimed the extended warranty I purchased directly from them was through a third party but they could not give me the third party's name or number. The whole extended warranty is a scam and the company in not trustworthy.

Very unhappy with the product and…
Very unhappy with the product and resolution. They don’t follow through with their warranty and give you the runaround on refunds. It has been almost two months since they told me in writing they would refund my money for a faulty product and they still have not returned my money. They didn’t even replace the product which would have worked as well. Their customer service lacks integrity and their product lacks quality. Be careful of purchasing from this company!

I bought a commercial ice maker i had problems with it, contacted them sent pictures videos, once they saw it was a bad unit which happens. They promise to reimburse me fully. Customer service was quick to respond. Will let everyone know when get my refund.

Very Sleek and Efficient, and Quiet
Shipping and packaging was excellent. Extremely quiet unit! The fridge was sleek looking, and worked great - when I ran into an issue customer service was helpful and understanding.
