Horrible quality! Got engaged last September and the state of the ring is horrible looks like I've been wearing in for 40 years. Do not waste your money

My fiancé purchased a ring in 2020 however the wrong size was initially sent. I have since been then trying to get hold of someone at the company to have this changed however after the hundreds of emails and phone calls I have made there still has been no response.
Now In 2023 with still no response the main stone has fallen out of the ring which is covered under the lifetime guarantee that is provided when you buy the ring however as you can guess I still can’t get a response. Now I’m without a engagement ring which as you can imagine is very upsetting.
Please avoid this company at all costs they clearly don’t care about there customers! Also the company lists as being in the UK however this is incorrect as the tracking is from Thailand!!

Absolutely disgusting company. NEVER EVER USE!!! Sent my engagement ring back for a replacement as was broken. Replacement was returned but was bent with a stone half the size. Was told I could send back again for another replacement but since doing so I have had absolutely NO response to my emails! Tracking says the ring was delivered. I have sent many emails, social media messages, messaged through their website, their phone number isn't in service. They have disappeared! And stolen my ring!!! Disgusting, awful company, avoid at all costs!!!

After my experience, I would advise people to avoid it at all costs. It may seem good value but after just 3 months a stone fell out of the engagement ring I bought my partner and have reached out twice about it to their customer service and heard nothing in response.

So, not only is the quality terrible but the customer service is non existent.

It’s taken me a while to actually accept the error in my judgement.
My Nan passed away last year and left me a little bit of money , with that I wanted to buy a sentimental piece of jewellery that I could keep and pass onto my daughter.
I stupidly ordered from Kisna gems , without doing my research first. I waited weeks for the ring to arrive and when it finally came … I was heartbroken , all that money and all that waiting and anticipation for what looks like something from a cracker , it is clearly fake , despite the certificate of authenticity that came with it. I haven’t even attempted to send it back because I know how these companies work, and I actually think I’d be too embarrassed to make an official complaint and admit that I fell for such a scam … do not buy from them … if it looks too good to be true … it generally is. I fell for it at a time when I was putting too much trust in people and was vulnerable.

I ordered an engagement ring for my partner and then after ordering was extremely concerned after reading reviews.
In all honestly I couldn't be more pleased and nor could my partner the sizing was perfect and the quality of gold was better than that found in the UK and the gem itself was fairly flawless overall very pleased and it still stands shining till this day.

Absolutely terrible. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. My husband ordered me a ring it’s late no communication and keep getting fobbed off. So many emails sent they are terrible to get hold off
Money taken and no product after 24 days of ordering (even though they say a 9 day delivery window)

DISSAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATMENT. Took few weeks to receive and when I did I was shocked at how tiny the main stone was (looked like it was out of a Christmas cracker) - it was also supposed to be blue but cant see any blue at all, and what they charged for it was outrageous. Best part is trying to contact them to return. Apparently respond to e-mails in 6 hours and have phone lines open between 9-3 but they do not answer either!

I bought a £729 black diamond ring.
Even though it is a .co.uk website, with prices displayed in pounds, I have been charged £14.45 'Non-Sterling transaction fee'.
The ring came in an envelope, in a jewel box with no other protection. The black diamond was chipped and the ring different from the one in the website pictures. And most importantly, with no real Certification of Authenticity, only with Chinese-type general information which did not certify anything. When I asked them to send at least a stamped, made by the Krisnagems, certificate with the same information about the diamonds displayed on the website, they did not reply.
I don't think the diamonds were real.
It cost me £65.45 to send back the ring. The minimum price for sending back (anything) in Canada was £46 but Krisnagems doesn't guarantee a refund if the ring doesn't arrive at them so it is required a tracking number with a minimum amount. For £730 ring insured the delivery price would have been £85.
Basically, I have lost £80 just because I bought a ring from Kisnagems.
After 11 emails, wasted time, more than 5 days after they told me that I will receive the refund in 2 up to 5 days and a lot of stress, I receive the money-back on the 7th banking day.
If you want a product with no Authenticity Certificate, no guarantee that the product will be the same and it will cost you (at least) £65 to send the item back, please try.
I have all the photos ready to be uploaded as proof but Trustpilot doesn't let me do it. You can only post photos if you are invited by the Company. Sad

My partner bought an engagement ring from this company and I loved it however after giving it I realised it was too big and after taking it to a local jewellers and having it measure it was actually two sizes too big.... the company were great at first and sent me a return slip to return the ring and would get the correct ring sent back.
This is where things turned sour, after returning the ring I waited around two weeks for a new ring to be sent out and although the new ring was the correct ring size to my horror the diamond was less than half the size! It was so upsetting and not at all like the ring I was proposed too with. I got back in contact and was told to keep the ring and I could return when they had the correct one for me and was given no time frame as too when this would be?
It has now been nearly 6 weeks with no engagement ring and it has really token the shine off my engagement as I have had no ring to show people or no ring at my engagement party! The company no longer respond as quick as what they did and time is dragging on. I understand the company is at a different time zone to me in the UK they do not respond for days. Really is upsetting and I can’t say I would recommend this company! So far I cannot celebrate my engagement and it has ruined my experience! Really upsetting!

Wouldn’t even give this unregistered company 1 star . They are conning innocent people out of money and providing cheap trash that isn’t nothing alike the real thing being advertised. I am aware majority of these “positive feedbacks” are very similar and if they are not fake reviews I’d advise everyone who has brought a ring from this company to take it to a certified certificated jewellery company and get it tested. I paid way over £500 for a ring for myself thinking for the price the 1.5 of emerald was a great deal and White 14k gold.. ok so in short anything can be stamped so the authenticity looks real - it has to be stamped to get via customs I recently discovered... until it’s dipped in acid to see if it’s real and completely changes colour just painted gold I suppose not real 14k. the “diamonds” on the ring band are actually cubic zerconia .. and the worst of all the emerald is just a man mad stone no value at all. The shipping papers had a note on that said shipping value - $88 that’s more like the price that should be paid . I have had to open an investigation with fraud department due to this issue as they are clearly a scam of a company . They refuse to refund me until item is received in a Royal Mail postal slip.. a ring worth over £500 in a standard £2 postal slip hmm .. more suspicious. So I am now going via PayPal and the fraud and police to get a refund and this rubbish disposed of . People are using this page to celebrate loved ones or engagements and in reality they’re being robbed and conned by a service who’s addresses are registed to atm machines bakery’s and then when looking on a map jewellery store next door - terrible reviews would make sense it’s all coming from the sam few hands . They also have another website but I can’t find it anymore shea gem or something it was called selling same stuff same web layout same addresses . Just don’t believe these positive reviews please people actually pay the money to a legit registered company .

Recently bought a ring and although when it came it didn't fit right the customer service and quick replys everytime when communicating was such a relief. Can fault their customer service one bit.

My son bought an engagement ring for his girlfriend and on popping the question the lovely beautiful ring was to big - we emailed and arrange a return under the 30 day return for a refund or resize policy - we asked for a resize , under the current situation this ring is stuck in customs and the postal suspension in Canada it may take weeks /months to reach them - not only have they been fantastic in support they have sent a new ring in the correct size before they get the one back what a wonderful service and one happy young lady with a perfect fitted engagement ring — thank you very much highly recommended 5 star plus service *****

My fiancé bought my beautiful ring from kisnagems, I absolutely loved it but unfortunately there was a fault and I had to return it. Kisna did not repair the ring they went to the extreme lengths of making me a new one no questions asked and they couldn’t have been more helpful or apologetic for the inconvenience. They give a lifetime guarantee with their rings. I would highly recommend this jeweller.

I would like to write couple words about kisnagems and customer service. First of all ring that I ordered came quickly and it's exactly as on the picture, packed in a nice box. I had some corespondence with customer service and I must say big thank you to John that was writing me back almost instantly! I didn't came across such a quick and polite customer service in a long time! Big thanks to kisnagems and John!

I wanted to propose to my girlfriend. Found the process easy. Covid delayed delivery slightly which put me on edge. However, John the customer services man kept me calm, updating me every step of the way. She said yes and the ring was the perfect fit!

I wanted to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend but she doesn't like big fancy gems, she just wanted something small, discreet but beautifully designed. After trawling around looking I found a beautiful ring that I knew would be perfect from Kisna gems so I ordered it. The customer service and communications were fantastic, the ring arrived exactly when they said it would and it was beautiful and exactly what I had expected from the photos I'd seen. I'm very happy with the service I've received, especially the fantastic communications from a very friendly guy called John who always replied to my emails within 24hrs.
I just hope now that I don't have to find out about their returns policy if she doesn't say 'yes!'

DO NOT waste your money buying from this company. They advertise jewellery as gold, diamonds, etc but it's a cheap, fake costume version - false advertising! They don't answer communications & their email address bounces.

I was looking for a ring for my silver wedding anniversary and my sister showed me kisnagems website with a beautiful teardrop-like moissanite ring. It was exactly what I was looking for and I asked them if they could make it with diamonds instead of moissanite. They said they could and quoted me a fair price and after a short period of time I recieved the ring. The teardrop was set a bit high for me and I realised there had been a slight mis-communication in my description of how I wanted it but they paid for the return and said it was no problem and that they would sort it. They then sent me photos for approval before they sent it-even how it looked on the finger seeing it had been set too high at first. There was a slight delay because of Covid 19 but not too bad considering the situation. The ring is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Everyone comments on it and I love it and it is so special to me. The communication with Kisnagems was excellent and I really felt they listened and did everything they could to give excellent service. I would definately reccommend them- and I just want to say that this review is not fake like someone suggested lower down. My sister wants to order the same ring because its so unique and we live in different countries. Thank you again Kisnagems!!

Trying to get contact about a ring that hasn’t arrived and want a full refund. No reply on email, phone number or social media still waiting for any reply and to get my money back.
