I was looking for a good quality custom name beach blanket at a reasonable price, and this one fit the bill perfectly. The quality of the material is great, and the customization is well - done. It's large enough for my child to play on and also share with a friend. It's easy to clean and has proven to be durable. I'm very happy with the value I got for my money.​

This beach blanket is extremely lightweight, which makes it a breeze to carry to the beach. It folds up neatly and fits easily into our beach bag. The custom name is a cute addition, and my child loves that it's just for them. The material is strong and has held up well to our beach activities. It's a great product that combines functionality with a personal touch.​

I made an order for one of the customize blankets with the baby name on it and paid through paypal, that was on February 1st but til today i haven't received anything, no information regarding my order no order number or tracking number or if my order has been shipped they just withdraw my money and that's it I have sent an email with no response, i have tried texting them twice in their website on the "chat with us" button with no reply, its either u send me the product or refund me, cuz am seriously disappointed with the way am being treated

I never received my customized beenie that I ordered for my son for Christmas. I didn’t know I was ordering from China. The site does not tell you that. So we missed Christmas. It’s now January 21 and I still haven’t received the item. When I follow the tracking number it says it’s delivered but we never received them. My order number is KKID59212. I’ve sent two emails and still haven’t heard back.

The absolute worst, misleading company. Product arrives (or not) from a slow boat out of china! No idea was ordering from china as website looks domestic. Ordered two personalized infant beenies on 12/5, said shipping in 5 days. Still waiting month later. Missed Christmas hope I don’t miss winter!

A small point deducted from the service because there was no automatic query about personalization. But the direct communication worked really well and I am 100% happy with the item.

I placed an order on 11/28/24 and got a confirmation email on the order but I have heard nothing since. I sent another email to customer service but I have heard nothing. Is this a legit company?

Disappointed! I placed my order and haven’t heard from them other than my confirmation email. The tracking information doesn’t work and doesn’t show me anything. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I ordered 2 personalized beach towels and two personalized aprons for my grandsons 🥲

The product is terrific & will be a great xmas present for my grandson. The company's communications, however, would be comical if it didn't look like I had been bilked out of £27. The bot that answered my query just disappeared after my 1st question. I was then met with silences until finally I was assured my item would arrive on 11 November 2022. I wrote it off as a stupid mistake & then an exact example of the advertised apron and hat arrived.

Waited 6 weeks , nothing , then told my parcel was being sent to Staffordshire , I’m in York , Sent a dozen emails and they’re not responding , never use this company

Ordered 3 ornaments in mid October. The tracking option doesn't work. I have no idea when or if these ornaments will arrive. Cleverly disguised Chinese company. Stay away.

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I ordered 12 of the Santa cloth gift bags for family members. The initials and each name were printed in a bright, neon pink, not a Christmas Red as shown is picture. I spent over 6 weeks communicating by email with company. They only offered 20% refund on a very pricy order. Still working with them for resolution. I have request phone # to talk in person with someone, and no # provided.

Unhappy with the white apron and white lettering. I may have made a mistake not seeing where to change the color of the print but you cannot read the name and I am not satisfied. I contacted the company and they did not offer a solution other than me placing and paying for another order with a very small discount. Unsatisfactory customer service, I would not recommend.

The company did not send a confirmation mail, and two products I definitely did not order. They did not offer a solution to replace, send the right products or anything. They offered to give me a 50% discount for future purchases. No thank you, not ordering again things I do not get at the end!
