Not good value for money
Ordered two skipping ropes for £19, custom made..apparently, with our names on etc.
Omg the shock, when the item arrived, it looked like it was around £5 and our names looked like it had been stuck on the rope lol. Not at all worth the £19 at all, trying to return it but not hopeful as it was “custom” made!

Apologies you are not satisfied with your ropes, I would recommend you persevere with the rope as SGF are an extremely popular brand with many happy users.
As you correctly point out the rope is custom made to your height, so we cannot accept a return in this instance.

Outstanding Customer service. I’d left ordering vital kit for a competition to the last minute and Jamie bent over backwards to make sure that everything was ordered and delivered in time! The email replies were prompt and amazingly friendly. The kit is great quality at great price points. I couldn’t recommend KITBOX enough. 5* all day long
