Makeover finished today. Quality seems excellent but particular praise for Ali Modani, the fitter who was a complete professional, neat and tidy , friendly and paying great attention to the smallest detail. We needed 27 replacement doors and drawer fronts plus sundry posts and panels and the transformation was completed in 3 days - magic! Thank you Ali. Margaret and Tony Drummond, Hythe, Kent

Delivered as per order, quality very good fitting excellent. Kitchen fitter was excellent, nothing too much bother, coped with change without any fuss, clean and tidy and completed work on time.
Very pleased with the result.

All staff from costing, surveying to fitting were all first class, and we ended up with a brilliant kitchen, so much so we had them back to do the utility room!

We are pleased with our kitchen and it looks great but had some stumbling blocks along the way. The biggest being the cost as we were charged four days work but the fitter had finished by Tuesday lunchtime. He also didn’t leave enough space for tiles to be fitted after he had fitted the worktop after we’d been told by the sales person that this would be done. Overall pleased with the kitchen, not with the cost and lack of communication clearly between the sales team and fitters.

Good quality product, and the fitter was exceptional

Bad after sale and defects. The kitchen doors and draws were replaced as quoted. Sink was order from their catalog for a grey color, but delivered as stone. They never accepted that they made a mistake despite the catalog showing the sink in grey. They have said it does not exist in grey and if we don't like it we can buy another one!. The joint between work top has split less than a year after it was installed and they are saying its our fault due to water ingress?? The kitchen is a working kitchen and they are saying it's our fault and we need to pay to get it changed even if this was never installed properly. I would not recommend to anyone to use them as they do not care after getting your money. I have been arguing with them but they just seems not to care. I am just one customer, so who really care about the fact that the work top is ruined by they competence. The installer are on the watch and just want to do the work as quick as possible. The replacement doors are not cheap, so will recommend to go a a kitchen shop instead unfortunately. Take photos of everything while they work and report every single little defects you can see and find, do not sign the forms when they have finished! Or just do not use them.

Shocking customer service my kitchen still isn’t finished outstanding problems to fix sink scratches I was told it was in good condition when fitted scratches all over the work counter wrong tap fitted doors don’t shut properly draws misaligned just a multitude of problems this is one company that I wouldn’t recommend. I’ve been waiting nearly 2 months for everything to be resolved and still no joy. I keep being told people are on the sick and they will deal with it as and when they can not the kind of customer service, you would expect. I ended up paying the full outstanding invoice but I am very unhappy with the level of service I’ve received. They’re not even willing to give me a discount off the full amount. I ended up paying £5250.

Are fully aware of what’s been going on after numerous emails I’m not prepared to keep sending emails anymore it’s time to name and shame the people in customer service they keep saying oh we will get back to you or the person dealing with your account if off sick only so many times they can say this to you.

Sales were good with helpful advice.The fitter was very good, polite and helpful. Easy to work with.

The finished article - our new cupboard doors - look really good indeed. The installation was very efficient and the salesperson, Rob Kobylka, went out of his way to make sure he knew what we wanted and delivered on it.

From Seeing the advert in TV, meeting with the sales man, the surveyor and the fitter, we couldn’t have been more pleased. The speed of completion from the day we ordered was exceptional. My main praise does go to Ali the lovely gentleman who fitted out door fronts. He arrived promptly and didn’t stop all day. A very friendly man who was polite and kept me informed of progress throughout. His work was exceptional, and he cleaned up beautifully when he had finished. Kitchen Magic should be proud to have him as part of their team. Would 100% recommend Kitchen Magic

From meeting the salesman through to fitting was eXcellent service. There was no pushing for a sale, price given was the price paid.
Fitting was 3 days and fitter was very tidy.

I live in North Manchester & asked for a quote it was just short of £3500 & what a bargain as I’ve seen the same kitchen on the telly else that said you can pay over 7 years.

Requested catalogue received. I contacted them several times asking if they would replace worktops only. Said they don’t cover my area OX13 but they fitted a kitchen for a friend who lives around the corner! I emailed them back saying this. Received an email response saying they would ask a different area to contact me. That was over a month ago!!!! Nothing to date. BTW not fabricated. I have all the emails from your customer service.

Hardly likely to respond to the email you suggest as that was the one that I’ve used as my complaint above.
