Very efficient service from everyone. They were able to match some existing doors perfectly. Very happy with the result.

The whole process from first visit to completion was all we could hope for (if perhaps a little expensive)
The finished product looks great & hopefully will remain so for a good few years.
Our fitter, Ali, was very efficient & made sure we were happy with each stage of the job before leaving our kitchen fresh, clean & tidy. He was a pleasure to have in our home. Thanks again Ali !

Absolutely fabulous service and quality products. We have had our new kitchen completed by our lovely kitchen fitter Lukasz who has done an absolutely fantastic job, attention to detail and worked extremely hard to achieve a fantastic finish, and cleaned and tidied up before he left each day. We couldn't be any happier with our finished kitchen. We have had several appliances replaced, new worktops and new doors and a new extra cupboard built. Our kitchen was over 30 years old and now looks brand new.

The self closing large drawers do not self close.

Really liked the salesman but we only realised right at the end of the conversation that we had to pay 50% deposit up front.

A good sales technique on his part but we felt a bit 'pressured' into agreeing to have the kitchen cupboard doors fitted (albeit we admitted to ourselves we were drawn into the excitement of it).

To be fair he did say our worktop was still in really good condition and we only needed new doors/handles/hinges.

And I have to say we are really pleased with the whole job, the doors are lovely quality and were fitted very quickly (less than 3 hours).

It really does feel liked we've got a new kitchen and we would highly recommend this company.

But just be aware of the 50% deposit requirement. Oh and you also have to pay 40% before they come to fit and only the final 10% after the fitting.

When I queried this with the company I was advised it is in the terms and conditions of the contract!

The fitted Callum did a excellent job and the finish of the cupboard doors doors and worktop are also excellent.I ordered a sink which the surveyor said would be to big and the one we chose is a Great fit the gap is very good to would recommend Kitchen Magic .

They listen to your requirements and advise accordingly. If there are problems they are rectified in a timely fashion.

Kitchen fitted quickly and efficiently.

We had a very old, tired kitchen and couldn't afford a fancy new one. We were visited by William on 21 Nov, the kitchen was surveyed, design amended, manufactured, delivered and fitted by 15 Dec. That included a 1 week delay at our request! The sales team, customer services, delivery and fitting were brilliant, and always helpful and polite. A very positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Everything arrived the day of installation and the engineer really knew what he was doing. It all went smoothly. The door fronts look great.

From start to finish the process was perfect. Design meeting was wonderful lots of options and discussions to make the right selections and stick to budget. And when fitting day came the fitters arrived on time were friendly and extremely hard working. And very clearly took pride in their work.

Wonderful service. The designer was extremely helpful in helping me choose new worktops and a sink and the surveyor gave me further ideas about changing some of my cupboard sides to box in parts of my kitchen. The fitter was excellent. My kitchen was transformed over 2 days. I am delighted with the end result and really recommend this company.

I am generally pleased with the overall result. Installation was completed quickly and on promised date. Total cost was much more than expected by comparison with a neighbour with identical size kitchen. But we had worktop replaced and this was presumably expensive. I was surprised that the fitters did not ensure that drawers were running freely and clean. Also one of the cabinets was not fitted with matcing tape, leaving bare chipbord exposed.
