Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.
I purchased this oven in October 2025, and it has never worked properly. The oven powers on, but the bottom part does not bake/cook correctly, which makes it almost useless for many dishes.

I contacted service multiple times.
• The first technicians came twice and said everything was normal.
• Then another technician came and said the heating elements were fine.
• I was even told to preheat the oven for 30 minutes or more, but the problem still did not improve.

Despite repeated service visits, the issue was never resolved.
When I contacted them again and requested a replacement, they did not help me in any meaningful way.

Now I’m left with an oven that is basically garbage for actual cooking.
Terrible product and terrible after-sales support. I do not recommend it.

Four Kitchen aid un CITRON

Depuis l'achat de notre four kitchen Aid à induction (KSIB900ESS2), nous avons eu des problèmes à répétition, et ce, seulement après six mois d'utilisation. Malgré plusieurs démarches, le service à la clientèle affirme qu'il s'agit d'un cas isolé. On nous propose des réparations ou changements de pièces très coûteuses (la carte mère à été changer 2 fois) ou même encore d'acheter un nouveau four avec un léger escompte.

J'aimerais donc entrer en contact avec des personnes qui ont rencontré la même situation afin de comparer nos expériences et nous regrouper pour avoir un meilleur pouvoir de représentation auprès de l'entreprise. Selon le nombre de cas, nous pourrions également envisager certaines démarches collectives.

Si vous avez vécu des problèmes similaires avec ce modèle de four, n'hésitez pas à vous manifester sur ce site. Je verrai ensuite comment entrer en contact pour obtenir satisfaction auprès de la compagnie.

I concur with all the other commentators. This company KitchenAid has gone down the proverbial drain. Quality has fallen obvious use of cheap plastic parts on a premium priced appliance.Horrible customer service long wait times on phone to get to a completely disinterested and rude agent we are walking away from this brand permanently!!

Was told to make a batch of dough so I can video their stand mixer failing

Had a three-month old stand mixer. While mixing dough the lock was getting loose and the tilt head popped up by itself - it was very dangerous. Called kitchenaid. First they sent me a link to some random guy's youtube video (not even official stuff!) that wasn't even about the right problem. Called again, and they told me I need to send them a video of the problem. Asked them if they expect me to make a batch of dough so I can make the video, and they said yes! Ended up talking with Amazon who agreed to let me return it due to the unacceptable level of service from the warranty provider.

Purchase a stove in 2021 it was the top…

Purchase a stove in 2021 it was the top of the line, but it is the worse stove we have ever purchased, one of the burner stop working, the surface of the burners turn white, the warmer does not work, the over seal is now burned, the oven malfunction it is the worse stove we have ever purchased, I would not advise no one to buy this kitchen aid stove.

Overpriced junk

Overpriced junk, used to be a good brand a decade ago but now it’s just slapped together union shop junk with no quality. 3 exhaust hoods sent to me cause 2 were defective and sent out anyway, 4k fridge dead compressor after a year and leaking dishwasher out of the box. 7k Stove had a faulty gas valve as well. We got bent over with bunk appliances and now we are stuck with them.

I received a stand mixer for Christmas…

I received a stand mixer for Christmas 2024 used it about 12 times for easy things like cookies and cakes, right after Christmas 2025 it stalled, made an awful whining sound and started smoking. It was over $300 and I thought kitchen aid was supposed to be a reliable brand but it’s definitely not. When I called thinking maybe they would make it right, they informed me that because it only comes with a 1 year warranty they couldn’t do anything. Mind you it stopped working and I called 4 days past the year mark. DO NOT recommend this brand or their products at all. You’re better off buying another brand. The lady on the phone also informed me that “our countertop appliances deteriorate fast when not being used more than once a month” so I guess if you’re not a bake shop you shouldnt expect more than a handful of use. Very upset because I was told Kitchen Aid was the best brand for stand up mixers. Will be telling all my friends and family not to buy Kitchen Aid products cause they can’t even make reliable appliances.

Terrible process ordering

Terrible process ordering.
They will cancel, reorder and ship at their own whim
These idiots canceled an order ,then once we spoke w them and made sure in print the order was cancelled( we chose a less cracked out company, Amazon) they resnt it and recharged us.
Good products, retarded service

Poor customer serive and lack of communication

My microwave, oven, and warmer stopped working abruptly. I attempted to contact KitchenAid numerous times and was repeatedly transferred to different phone numbers with no resolution. I ultimately called the store where I purchased the appliance and was finally given the number for the warranty company. After nearly two weeks, I was provided an appointment for a repair.
I was originally given a service window of 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, which was confirmed by phone. On the day of the appointment, I stayed home waiting for the technician. When I called to check on the arrival time, I was told the window had changed to 12 PM–4PM. I explained that I had not been notified of the schedule change. The customer service representative then told me the technician was busy and could only come between 12:00 PM–4:00 PM.
I explained that I had taken the morning off from work and asked if she could contact the technician to see if he could arrive before noon. She was reluctant, but eventually said she would call the technician and get back to me. I never received a callback. At noon, I called again and was told simply that “he’s busy.”
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite having a warranty, I was left without a microwave, oven, or warmer for almost three weeks. The lack of communication, failure to follow through, and overall lack of empathy highlighted poor customer service throughout the process.

Extremely Frustrated!

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my KitchenAid range, which I purchased in 2019. It has broken down 12 times and required multiple repairs, including replacement of the motherboard twice and the fan twice. Thankfully, these were covered under warranty, and I even continued with an extended warranty until it became prohibitively expensive.

Now, the stove has quite literally fallen apart—the oven isn’t functioning properly, and the hinge on the door has broken and cannot be replaced.

Please pardon this rant, but I want to both warn others and draw KitchenAid’s attention. Frankly, should a $4,000 stove last only six years? KitchenAid Canada

DO NOT EVER BUY KITCHENAID

DO NOT EVER BUY KITCHENAID. My first and last KitchenAid product, we purchased a hood fan just over a year ago, we couldnt get it installed as it was going into a new construction home we ended up passing the year mark by the time we had it installed today October 14th. The installer unboxed the range hood and peeled off all the protective film stickers etc and noticed that the KitchenAid Logo was not only in the wrong position but also upside down. Sinc this can only be installed one way meaning we cant just simply turn it over I called Kitchenaid to have this resolved as it was clearly a manufacturing defect. I called multiple times and explained this, same response, sorry out of warranty, even though its obviously a manufacturing defect. I explained to them I wasn't in a position to have it installed which is why I missed the warranty period but literally by 2 weeks. Purchased September 28th 2024 installed October 14th 2025. After spending hours to get this escalated to a supervisor his response? "Fine I'll give you the part thats worth about 70 dollars free of charge but only if you use our installers and labor will be $140. How he became a supervisor is anyones guess but that set me off. They dont care about their customers, have zero morals and want to literally penny pinch as its worth more than their reputation. It is literally a sticker that they could easily fix or replace the chimney cover and it would cost them next to nothing. I paid over $1500 to a company that cant even put their logo the right way in the right spot so that should sum up the quality of KitchenAid products. They would much rather make me pay for their mistake due to a BS warranty clause than give me a 1 time courtesy for giving this trash brand a shot.

Very disappointed. Don't buy Kitchenaid.

Very disappointed not only in the customer service from Kitchenaid, after over 1 hour on hold, but the fact that my less than 4 year old Range has had 2 issues. As a semi-professional baker who makes wedding cakes and cookies, I have to rotate my baking half way though the cycle, even on convection. And after less than 4 years the front burner element has completely burnt out leaving me with a $552.00 repair bill. Kitchenaid solution? to offer me 25% off a NEW range... why the heck should I need a new range after less than 4 years of use? This throw away society, with companies who DONT stand behind their name is exhausting as a consumer. I bought Kitchenaid as a Kitchen designer who wanted a certain look and a quality brand, I got the look and the use of it is worse than my old stove which was 15 years old, no issues and a Samsung. I will NEVER recommend to clients to purchase a Kitchenaid Brand. My range is not performing as it should, never has and isn't worth the money. Don't buy it!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible experience with a high end range. Knobs came apart after 2 years of course waranty is out they try to sell you a 1 year warranty at 500$ for 12 months... no thank you. Not normal that the knobs come apart and cut open my fingers. They finally admitted it was abnormal and replaced the range
Less than 2 years after receiving the new one the control panel stops working making it hazardous for fire as if you happen to touch it it will turn on the oven and you won't be aware of it and that could cause a fire. I called them and they refused to admit this was not normal and tried to sell me a warranty...
Basically they are aware their products are mediocre and want to make money off of their trusting consumers
This brand is NOT what it was before

I will have to take legal action as this is unacceptable and a grand injustice to all hard working people that trust in their brand and give them their hard earned money
So BUYER BEWARE Do NOT purchase a kitchen aid or whirlpool appliance. They are extremely low quality and if you don't buy a warranty on top of the high price of the appliance you will have a high price to pay financially and with your valued time.

I purchased the Kitchenaid 1.5…

I purchased the Kitchenaid 1.5 Convection Microwave. What they didn't tell me was that the accessories to use the Convection Oven and Air Fryer would be sent separately. Oh wait, would be sent separately WHEN AND IF THEY COME BACK IN STOCK! I have an expensive waste of space gathering dust in my kitchen

Kitchenaid 30-Incn 5 Element Electric Ranfe

I purchased a Kitchenaid 30-Inch 5-Element Electric Convection Range. This was supposed to be a high end appliance. A huge disappointment.
1 - the oven was 50 degrees out of calibration.
2 - the elements are extremely hot and you have to be continuously watching to avoid things burning on.
3 - the timer is a joke, it beeps once
4 - the metal used in the stove is extremely thin
5 - customer service is terrible

I would discourage anyone from purchasing anything from this company. The only thing they are interested in is getting their hands on your money and leaving you with the junk they manufacture.

KA Mixer defective parts, crummy service

KA Mixer, premium priced, the flat beater started to chip. called customer service was on backorder they said to call in a few months

called again, impossible to get a live person. bought a replacement part from anothet aupplier. good grief. its a auas made defective part and had to buy the replacement. buyer beware. i will buy european in future

Bad quality and HORRIBLE customer service

I would refrain from purchasing anything from Kitchen Aid or any of their brands. The absolute worst customer service. I purchased for appliances in which two were defective right off the bat. The range was replaced as it was not installed but the fridge could not be replaced as the water filter system stopped working 6 days in. They made me wait for a replacement water filter which did not solve the issue. kKitchen Aid then proceeded to send a tech 3 times. My brands new fridge has tape on it and replaced parts now and it’s still not functioning. The supervisor of their customer service stated they would replace the fridge of the tech couldn’t fix it on the next visit. I called them back as the tech stated he did not want to keep coming back and the supervisor stated that he would not replace it until Kitchen Aid master tech stated it’s not repairable. This is a person who sits on the phone with the actual Harding working techs and tells them what to do and to keep ordering parts. They will not honor what they stated and sold me a defective product which they won’t find themselves accountable table for. Their call centre have been extremely rude to both myself and the tech. Avoid Kitchen Aid and Whirlpool at all costs.

I’ve had my food processor for a couple…

I’ve had my food processor for a couple years and it has stopped working. Contacted kitchenaid and they won’t do anything. I would’ve thought for the price of these items they would take better care of their customers. Very disappointed and will not be buying from them again
