Placed and order with Kitchen and Garden Supply which was accepted - but then cancelled several days later without an apology. Really shoddy and questionable service.

I would caution against using them. I won't be again.

Fabulous service, really went the extra mile. I had difficulty getting delivery as I live in a remote area but they sorted it out so it could be done. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommended.

A very good company. Good quality and competitive pricing. We had a hiccough with delivery but it was sorted efficiently by Andy, and we are now enjoying our new table!

My order was very prompt and all questions prior to ordering were answered honestly and quickly

Would highly recommend this company. To me one of the best ways to judge a firm is how they handle things when they go wrong. When our purchase arrived it had 2 parts missing so emailed them with the relevant information within 24 hours we had a reply apologising with promise the parts would be sent in the post. 2 days later they arrived.

I bought a generator from kitchen and garden supplies and i needed it in a hurry to go away for the weekend. Andy took the effort to go to the warehouse to confirm i would get it when they said i would....and i did. Great price great service. Thank guys

Product just delivered and looks really good. What impressed me the most was the excellent communications from the point of placing the order right up to the courier contacting me after delivery to check I was happy with everything - thank you!

An absolute pleasure to buy from this company, everything to ronan said would happen in his email , happened and the courier company got in touch within a few days and all was delivered with care. There was an initial COVID related delay to the expected stock arrival but all that was beyond the company control and explained carefully in a personal email. Highly recommended all round.

In looking to replace a 25 old, well used and now very tired masonry BBQ, we decided to buy this 421L stone masonry BBQ to replace it.
Very solid construction and most of the pre-formed/cast parts are extremely heavy. 2 of us managed most of the assembly, but it required 4 strong chaps to place the main chimney piece in place.
Supplied with just 2 tubes of black fire cement, I ended up buying 2 more to make sure I could point/adhere the pieces in place as I wanted them. Apart from that, we're really chuffed with the end result and have no problem recommending this BBQ.
It will get a lot of use over the coming years and it looks stunning in our garden!

During these difficult times and trying to purchase items online with delays often occurring we have to that Kitchen and Garden Supplies were absolutely brilliant. Never seen their website and was a bit apprehensive but from purchasing online to delivery was excellent. We were updated regularly and were even able to change our delivery address. The gentleman on the phone from the dispatch store was so polite and very helpful with a pleasant manner. Nothing was too much for him. Even the delivery driver was lovely. Definitely recommend and use again. It was a very pleasant experience of service. All completed in a week. Thank you so much.
