Great company.

Quality product delivered as stated on time

Do NOT buy the MATT finish.

I have found it impossible to keep these doors looking good from the outset.

I think there is something about the physical characteristics of the very finely textured matt finish which means that even the slightest mark reflects the light unevenly from some angles in some lighting conditions, causing the finish to look dirty, stained, smeared and worn, whilst looking ok from other angles and in different lighting - e.g. switching from daylight to artificial light.

This phenomenon is present on a large scale after any attempt to clean the surface in the recommended manner. I have tried very carefully and on several occasions, following their advice to the letter, but still with the same unsatisfactory result.

Following this review, I had further exchanges with this trader. I received the same advice about cleaning, which still did not work.

They said I could send a door back to them (at my expense) so they could send it back to the factory to compare it with the 'foil' they are using (by which I presume the mean the plastic film they bond to the MDF to give the finish).

I couldn't see the point in this because the quality of the new materials isn't in question; out of the box, the doors look very nice indeed. It is their ability to retain their looks with even the slightest exposure to a kitchen environment which is doubtful; in other words, the 'fitness for purpose' of the finish.

I responded to them saying so, and informing them of my intention to replace the doors.

All they need to do is procure a sample of the supermatt marine blue finish of their own product and try some simple tests to simulate exposure to common kitchen stains and then try applying their own cleaning advice. But apparently, this is beyond them.

They responded offering me 25% discount on replacements. I won't be taking them up on this offer for the obvious reason that I cannot be sure this whole customer experience won't be repeated.

I hope this description of my experience with this trader helps others to make informed judgements about this company and their products.

They do have a very good free sample service, so, if you want to test a sample for yourself, you can do so very easily and for free.

From initial contact for a quote through to receiving the product the individual i had contact with was more than helpful in every way. The product itself was of good quality and recommend having the hinge holes pre drilled to aid installation times.

Samples arrived quickly , ordering the doors was easy , the website guides were superb . Anticipated delivery of 5 March was bettered by 2 days . Doors themselves are stunningly good and better than the OEM doors . Hinges fitted easily and the doors look superb . Colour match is bang on. The edges are slightly rounded not square so that’s something to be aware of . I will be replacing other doors !

We were looking to refresh our small kitchen, and thought new doors would give it a boost. We had a few quotes but to be honest they wanted mega money for such a tiny kitchen? So we decided to go it alone so to speak? We found Kitchen door outlet, online and they were without a doubt the better priced, range of products, colours etc.
We had a lot of help from Amelia whom works for the company? Using Amelia's knowledge we found our ideal doors? They are Shaker style in sage green, let me tell you all, these doors are manufactured to the highest standard? Our top cupboard doors were odd sizes, but no worries because the Kitchen door outlet, will cut them to size, and pre-drill the hinge holes to the precise measurements I gave them.
So if you are looking to refresh you kitchen cupboards look no further than the Kitchen door outlet, the number one choice for quality and precision.
We shall be using them again in the near future.

I had ordered most of the items I required very easily on the website. However, I needed some advice on a couple of items and made a telephone call to Kitchen Door Outlet. The person who answered my call was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent range of door styles, website easy to use and feedback confirming order very prompt. A very good experience. Hopefully delivery will be prompt as promised.

Received our sample door very quickly and was great quality. Very informative on how to order and very helpful whence asked for advice on ordering

We ordered 29 doors, plinths, side panels & corners. The order arrived very well packaged. While we were fitting, we realised we'd got the size on one door wrong! Completely our fault but we called up & Amelia was very helpful & they kindly lowered the delivery charge, made the new door & sent it out.
The quality of everything is outstanding & we're very happy with it all.
