Can’t say enough about KitFlight, most incredible though is the team behind it, and their willingness to listen to feedback and make great changes! I couldn’t imagine documenting an aircraft build without it.
I downloaded the app while on sale last year but didn't start my build until the beginning of this year.
So far it is the best app to tackle the necessary build documentation I've come across. It's one of the rare apps that don't rely on a monthly fee but is a "pay once, use forever" app.
I use the app on my phone, iPad and on my mac at home and due to the inbuilt sync, everything is up to date on all systems. I especially like the markdown export function which allowed me to build a semi-automatic online build documentation.
I've been using the KitFlight app for over a year now and I highly recommend it. It's a very easy way to document and track your build progress. At the end of each work session, I snap of few photos. Write a brief description of what I did for the day, add in the amount of time spent, and your done.
The developer has also continued to update and add additional features. Which makes the app a better value each time.
