For years, I’ve struggled with my mental health. While I’ve been incredibly blessed to have fantastic therapists, I’ve had to switch a few times lately because of two moves, post pandemic regulations changing things. Even worse, I’ve had to navigate new psychiatrists.

I really wish I’d had a whole history of the key modalities, links, articles, or even journal prompts therapists had given me over the years, but I’d never put my mental health stuff in one place. I sat down to get it organized and get my profile to reflect the whole story of different treatments, diagnoses, and how I handled each. Keeping this up in live time is making life way easier. Facing another move, I’m looking forward to being able to give a better history to my new providers.

Changing regs required one of my prescribers ti verify which doses we’d tried before, and another meant I had to have a signed referral from my PCP to continue receiving telehealth psychiatry. Thankfully I can put all this in Kith & Kin to make this next go-around easier.

I’m doing the same for my dog too — getting vet records, vaccine history, etc. all ready for a new vet.

Definitely glad to not have to retrace my steps on all this. And while so much of this is super private info, it’s still good to have an emergency plan notebook I can share w/ someone local to make sure someone can access the most critical stuff should they need to.

It's a marathon, not a sprint. That was my mantra when I received my breast cancer diagnosis. Kith + Kin helped me manage that marathon by keeping track of important information from many different places. From test results to appointments, Kith + Kin offers a safe and secure place to organize and readily view my information. More importantly, it's been a place to invite my friends and family to help along the way. Kith + Kin offers the ability to build my circles the way I want, making it a breeze to share what I want, when I want.

Great resource to keep track of multiple providers, tons of calls and information. After being paralyzed in a car accident, Dr appointments have become a huge portion of my life. This app really helps me keep track of everything. They are constantly working on improving the app. It's great!!

Being a caregiver to two elderly parents who live out of state, Kith and Kin has been such a blessing to my family and I. We are able to consolidate the health records of my parents into one easy to use app. I am able to easily communicate medication changes to other family members and caregivers involved in their care thereby reducing risk of medication errors and further health issues. Scheduling appointments has become easier as I have all of their already scheduled appointments in one location where myself and other family members can view. This has been an invaluable resource that has made caregiving less overwhelming. I wished I would have known about it sooner!

The Kith+Kinapp is a game changer! I wish I’d had it 8 years ago when I was a working mom with two teens and also managing the care of both my aging parents. The safe and secure app keeps everything I need at my fingertips. No more binders, files, or stacks of papers - everything is accessible on my phone app. Now we even have our cat’s Vet info stored there. My kids are adults now but I’m encouraging them to get this too!

I am so impressed with this app and I know I haven't even scratched the surface yet. I can think of some wonderful additions to add but I know they are gonna be wonderful and can't wait to get started with it!

As a Registered Nurse, I am frequently called upon to assist in managing the care needs of family and friends. I had long searched for an app that met my needs, but they all fell short in one way or the other. I knew what I needed and even wished that I knew how to develop the app I wanted. Then I stumbled on Kith and Kin and my prayers were answered !!!

There are apps out there that allow you to list medications and/or appointments but rarely include the ability to add your own notes. This app allows you to do all that plus create and title your own notebooks to suit your needs, for example, create a notebook to track vaccinations or one to monitor wound care etc; upload documents such as reports, info on a specific disease etc; note questions to ask at upcoming appts; manage medication refill dates and make note of any side effects and much much more. I cannot say enough good things about this powerful app that is intuitive and easy to use.

Having multiple health issues, finding Kilth & Kin’s app has helped me greatly. Having so many doctors and managing all my appointments has been made much easier thanks to this app. I can double check my appointments before scheduling any others. Keeping all doctors and documents in one app helps keep me organized. I truly am thankful for this app.

Kith and Kin is so innovative and exactly what I was looking for!! I needed a user friendly system to manage all aspects of life including medical information, information for pet sitters, frequent flyers numbers, you name it! This is so convenient and so much easier than digging through endless piles of paperwork! I love this app!!

The app is extremely intuitive, and easy to use. This app helps me manage my family healthcare in a way that is seamless and not stressful. I just can’t believe I tried to manage my families health records/ story without it for so long!

This app is so helpful with organizing information fir aging parents and children. Very easy to store and share information among siblings and family representatives.

After my father’s stroke I needed to find a way to compile his healthcare information and manage communication among family members and caregivers. Kith + Kin allows me to categorize and share his information with those who need to know. I love that I can upload documents and type my own notes. I feel less overwhelmed knowing that my dad’s caregivers will have access to the information they need if I can’t be there, and that I have a backup for myself.

This has been a great resource for us with my daughter away at college. Her medical history, doctors names, vaccines… in one place that she always has with her for those unexpected visits to the health center and ER. 😳
