Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a football shirt, waited much longer for delivery than website suggested. When eventually received it was actually the wrong shirt as I had ordered a personalised name on the back and this was the wrong name. They did apologise and offered a refund. However, no refund has been received and now they are ignoring my emails. Terrible company!!

"Avoid at all costs" is a strong claim, so we checked our full order and email history before replying. We have no record of any order, refund conversation, or personalisation issue under this name anywhere in our system, and no correspondence with this name has ever been sent to our official email, kithubshops@gmail.com. The only refunds we have ever issued have been for price differences between item versions, never for quality complaints or dissatisfaction, so a refund of the kind described here has no precedent on our records either. Every UK order on file has been delivered within our stated timeframe. If you have not ordered from our website, kithub.shop, we cannot help you with any of your issues. Ordered a football shirt received the…

Ordered a football shirt received the wrong shirt sent photo of the wrong shirt, got completely ignored by them on emails no reply what so ever now left with a shirt that won't be used and a very unhappy child as now I can't afford a new shirt as can't return shirt for a refund as no one will communicate with me I would avoid this company, this is from you the order number does match you have been sent emails and ignored all of them very sad that your reply is full of lies

That said, we've checked our order history and our support inbox at kithubshops@gmail.com thoroughly and can't locate any order, photo submission, or email thread matching this description, no name on our system matches, and we have no record of being sent a photo of an incorrect item as mentioned. We also requested and received a reference number for this order, but its format doesn't match KitHub's order numbering system at all, and none of the further details provided match any customer or order on our records. We don't ignore customer emails; every support enquiry we receive gets a response. If you ordered from a website that was not kithub.shop, it's possible this review was intended for a different retailer. If this order is genuinely with us, please send the correct order number so we can trace it and make it right straight away. Thank you.

Truly the greatest kit shop. If you need the best quality jerseys for a great price Kithub is the right place. From start to finish owner was always quick to respond and helped diligently to any of my questions. Shipping was fast for a bulk order. Will only get my jerseys from this shop from now on.

High quality jerseys and services
