If I could give them 0 I would. Not the towing but the company that set up the tow which I did not know that's what this was ( I should have read about it first). They over charge ! 235$ to tow me 3 miles! I only got a jump & the the tow guy said I would get 100$ back but kitigan only wants to give me back 40$. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!

I needed my truck pulled out of sand. I needed a 4 ft pull out nothing else. They wanted 1100$ I hung up lol the balls to even ask this question I think it's a fake page. Be cautious.

0 stars if I could. Terrible!! They gave me the run around. I called them at night they said 30 minutes to an hour, then their towing truck broke down so they rescheduled for the next day. Next day comes, 10am is when they're supposed to be there and no one is here yet. I called them and they kept saying hold on hold on. Kept making me wait only for them to say I have to pay an additional 125 on top of the 279 because they were going to get a sister company to tow. Absolutely not!! AVOIDDD.

Needed a local tow about 1.5 miles across town. Said they could tow for $285 and have a truck out there in 45 min. I said sure. After giving CC details, and confirming if I wanted the tow. dispatch tells me they have a 100% cancelation fee once driver in en route. Long story short, it took 3 hours to get a truck out there and every time I tried to call to get an update I was reminded that if I cancel, I will still be charged the full amount regardless. Stay far away.

Scam they are fake dispatch they use small towing company for their trickery pay 10% of value what they charge customers. Stay away from these oversees call centers.

Their web site stated fast service, 15 minute response time. I was giving them information for over 20 minutes. He stated he knew where we were. He could see by the map, then asked for the zip code, like I know every zip code in the country. Then he stated it would be an hour before the tow truck would arrive after he received payment of $285 he would dispatch the tow. He wanted my debit card number over the phone. Not happening. He then put me on hold again after speaking for 20 minutes. I just hung up! I called another company, I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes and they charged me $165.

Not local try to scam you out of more money once tow is complete they say they use sister companies they find towing near you and under cut the bid by half do not recommend paid 465$ for a tow that was 7 miles and 13 minutes down the road from my house. The guy towing had no problem he was great that company they used was awesome dealing with these people is another story DO NOT GET TOWED BY THEM

I called them to tow my car and boat. We broke down in New Hampshire. They said it was going to be $900 for the car and boat trailer. Then called back an hour later and said they didn't know I had the trailer which I told them but said they would need 2 units so it was going to be $1800.00. So then I told them no and to just tow my car. Then they said they couldn't because they needed a minimum of $1800 to tow for 60 miles!! They are awful and just try to get your money do not use these POS's

I got a flat tire on the 495 highway and they wanted to charge $390 to go to my house that was 13 miles away but I have friend that lives 0.7 miles away from where I got the flat and when I asked them to take to his house that was 0.7 miles the price was $360.60. That's when it clicked that this was a SCAM company.
Plus they wanted me to say Yes to this message "We are reaching out to you regarding on the service that we completed for you..." and that was before they even got off the phone with Me.
PLEASE DON'T USE THEM!!!

Scam company, DO NOT USE. Quoted 1 price, then another after stating driver said the price was different. Once camper was towed to rv center, they tried to scam for another $1700 on top of the initial $2550, under threat of impounding our property, aka strong arm robbery and deceptive practices. Will be reporting to BBB and investigative reporters on news channels.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would, but it won't allow me to, so one UNDESERVED star is what they get. Quoted me $400 for a tow for 25 miles and when I told them another company quoted me $350, they counter offered $380. We were stranded and desperate so we said fine. Gave us an estimate of 30 minutes to 60 minutes arrival time. Over an hour later, and still no one came. Got a call that they were 10 minutes away. 20 minutes pass so we called back and they said the tow driver "broke down" and it would be an additional $200 to send another tow from their "sister company", on TOP of the $380 charge. $630 for a 25 minute tow is absurd! When my fiance told them that that's ridiculous, they had the audacity to ask "well, what can you afford?" Excuse me?!! What can you afford?? SCAMMERS!!!! The website is VERY misleading and make it seem like they are a local towing company, but they are definitely not from this country and are trying to scam people in a time of need. I wish I looked at the reviews prior to wasting 2 hours standing in the cold for a predatory company that NEEDS to be shut down!!! READ THE REVIEWS!!! Don't waste your time getting help from this joke of a tow service. They are trash!!! The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate "KITIGAN TOW SERVICE TODAY" because they are clearly a SCAM!!! Disgusting!! Depending on when you visit their fake website, their contact number changes. I have screenshot proof of at least 3 different phone numbers.

These people are not a local tow company they are middle manning stranded people and calling local tow companies to make a profit also they are foreigners do not trust them!!!

ZERO STARS—- called to tow my car less than a mile. Charged me $400. Would call and extend the wait time. Figuring they wouldn’t show, I finally canceled it and called another tow which cost me $85. They charged me a cancelation fee. The fee can be up to 50% to 100%. Scam scam scam.

Scam alert. Needed a 3 mile tow and this company wanted to charge me $275...I laughed and said you have to be kidding me, it should be half that price. I found a REAL Local company and my tow cost 130. Also was hard to understand the person I was talking too

These people are out of country, middle man scammers. Called and asked for tow. $375,30-60mins. Called back after an hour and they never even contacted a driver. 20 more mins, they didnt have a driver.
Called a different company, got a tow in 20mins 250$. and that driver explained that this company is in India and just calls local tow companies and charges you for it. He said he refuses to answer that companies calls.
They're liers and useless. Cut out the middle man.

275 dollars to tow a 300lbs motorcycle 4 miles , screw this company for gauging prices and advertising as low as 50 , the receptionist might be brain dead genuinely asked me of motorcycle will fit on a flatbad ???? After a 15 min wait on hold they tell me since its a speciality item its more expensive, hope nothing but the worst for yall

Call for a quote on a 4.8 mile tow. Told me it would be $245. That is beyond ridiculous for a small distance.

Would give zero stars if possible, and less than that if I could. Called for a tow quote, was quoted $1150 for a 21 mile tow because it was after hours (8PM) and required a u-turn, whinch apparently is a big deal. Asked the rep who claims his name was John if I could call him back and the immediate response from him was "Well what's your budget?"

Almost immediately received a text message after hanging up the phone from "John" that his manager approved lowering the tow to $850 so apparently not only was the first quote astronomically high, but was $300 higher than it needed to be somehow.

"John" and this dumpster fire of a company are absolute garbage.

Update - Different, family owned wrecker service out of Alleyton, TX was able to complete the exact same tow, to include the u-turn, for less than $300.

I needed my car towed 1.2 miles up 1 street with no turns and they wanted to charge me $250. Keep in mind my car is a tiny Chevy geo prism.

Not even a half mile. No turns just hookup and take straight to corner. I was quoted 95 and 75 dollars from other companys. This company advertises tows as low as 50 dollars. I call, remember I only need a hookup. No miles involved and they quote 175 dollars. Wow i guess a 50 dollar tow is a bicyble. Lol. Extremely expensive. Misleading ad
