I was looking for some vr controllers for PS4 and was out of stock everywhere found some on kitpoint but had never heard of them before after reading reviews on here thought I'd try them paid with PayPal so would be covered but everything was fine great service many thanks

Always worrying buying things like this online right now. However, this is a legit and superb company. Great at getting back to you and Andy, the owner, delivered it to my door. 5 stars from me.

Good value, and good service as well - when they couldn't supply directly themselves they obtained through a second supplier, all within the timeframe specified (although the very end of it). Product exactly as described.

A bit overpriced for just a basic PS5. However with PlayStation 5's being like something that comes out of a rocking horse, I look at it like I was paying for the guarantee that my boy would indeed be opening one on Christmas morning.
Ordered on the Friday, delivered the following Tuesday.
I was kept informed and up to date with the progress of my order 👍

I was worry when I purchased my ps5. Why? Because some payment method was declined but I think was my bank.
But my honest review:

I ordered a PS5 digital version from Kitpoint. At first I was a bit skeptical of the website, as I’d never heard of the company, and was worried it was a fake site. However, there were clear indicators that the site was genuine. I went through with my purchase, I was kept up to date on my shipping details and when it was being delivered. Im very happy with the service, and am now an owner of a PS5! The actual box is a tiny bit damaged on the corners, but I don’t really care about that, seeing as the contents are in mint condition, and Destiny 2 runs very well and looks amazing on this console. Overall I’d highly recommend ordering from this site, especially if you want to get your hands on a PS5 and can’t wait for the restocks.

I also haven’t been asked by the company to write this review, this is completely based off of my own personal experience, and I’m being as honest as I can be.

The Item arrived in good time, but the Box was very damaged. I wouldn’t mind so much if it happened in transit, however the item was clearly damaged when it was packed.

This is the second time I have used Kitpoint and again they have delivered high quantity and efficiency I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends.

Andy @ Kitpoint was 100% spot on. I was a little nervous as there are so many fake companies and living in Scotland I could not just pop along to the company address to check authenticity. However, I was desperate to buy a PS5 for my sons 11th birthday. Kitpoint saved the day! Andy was on the phone and answered my emails immediately, providing reassurance and reglaur updates. I even got the UPS tracking. Great service, I highly recommend.

Have been looking everywhere for a ps5 checking for restocks at my wits end and came across Kitpoint i was scared to place a order because it’s such a new company so I rang and the lovely Andy he reassured me that I’d nothing to worry about he even sent me pictures of the console to put my mind at rest so I placed a order with knots in my stomach thinking the worst I’m so glad I did from start to finish I was updated and sent the tracking number within about 30 mins of placing the order if I could give 10 stars I would I’ll have one happy 7 year old on Christmas Day thanks again very much appreciated

Absolutely amazing service. Was very worried about spending large amount of money on a newer company with fewer reviews but needed have worried at all. Ordered a PlayStation 5 but put my old postcode in against my new address. Called up customer support who fixed it within minutes and updated me there and then in regards to delivery, and arrived 2 days earlier than expected! Brilliant service, lovely people and would, without doubt, use them again!!
