Here's what I'm dealing with right now. First, the quality of things you can do here is pretty crap. And then when I tried cancelling the sub, I just can't. The supposed cancel button doesn't work. So I got billed again. After that, I can no longer login. And I'm afraid they'd bill me again next month. But how can I delete my account when I couldn't even log in?

Impossible to unsubscribe once signing up for a trial. Avoid at all costs.

I tried several time to cancel, you are walked around through the same stages without the possibility to finish.

I cancelled my subscription and still got billed despite not having used it since I renewed it. It's a complete scam and made for it to be difficult to cancel but doesn't ask for confirmation when you want to renew it, so if you press on that button by mistake is over. Deleted my account, will never use it again.

I paid $30 for their service and it was the worst money I’ve ever spent. This website is nothing but a scam. I purchased the “Professional voice clone” to use my own voice in my productions. I spent hours registering, mastering, and recording my voice to provide the best possible samples. The site took 90 minutes to analyze each sample, which made me believe the result would be professional and accurate. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite.

The cloned voice was unusable, and all attempts to adjust it using the available options failed. I also tried their so-called “AI mastering,” which didn’t improve the quality at all – instead, it completely ruined my tracks.

On top of that, the company does not offer refunds, which is outrageous given how poor their services are. At this point, I am considering filing a chargeback with my card provider, because what they deliver has nothing to do with music. In my opinion, this is pure fraud and money extortion.

I bought premium to clone a voice. The cloning was horrible and even a little close. Can't get a refund. I don't recommend, this is a horrible website/app and business.

It's a scam. I tried to close my account after one month, but they kept billing me, with slightly different amounts owing so I couldn't block them. I had to open a whole new bank account.

Huge scam by a pack of thieves

I tried Kits.ai’s free service for just a few minutes and was immediately hit with spammy emails and upsell pressure. The free features are extremely limited, and the platform feels more like a sales funnel than a useful tool. Not worth the hassle.

Not great quality, Sonarworks is better. SoundID VoiceAI is for serious creators, Kits.AI is just for playing around

Una total estafa. 11€ estafados y perdidos porque no van a devolverlos a pesar de que su app no funciona en ningún ámbito. Ni es capaz de clonar voces, ni las voces preconcebidas funcionan bien. No puede añadirse instrumental. No hace nada.

Used to be good with its community but now, since they added paywall restrictions, they screwed it up

I joined last December, cloned and shared my voice model, but they don't want me to make money. Since the end of March, KITS.AI earn has not generated any income for me.
I contacted the ticket support, and he told me that the contribution value of users using the model reached the maximum this month. I waited for two months, and it did not generate any income during this period. Not even 0.0001, but my model still had a lot of people using it.
I think it is a scam, don't trust them anymore!
So I choose to leave it.

Kits.ai ist ein irreführender und enttäuschender Service. Die Plattform begrenzt Downloads auf nur 15 Minuten pro Monat, ohne klare Vorwarnung, was es unmöglich macht, die Funktionen richtig zu testen. Die KI-generierten Vocals sind voller Störungen und Artefakte, und die einzige Lösung, die sie anbieten, ist, mehr zu bezahlen. Eine völlige Zeit- und Geldverschwendung. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Lmao converting audio with a trained/created voice cost money for some reason, like I understand downloading but creating being paid is just next level greed

Horrible conversion. It's not good. I use acestudio and it converts properly and stems are clean.

Kits.ai did everything wrong. I converted stems and words are goofed up.

What a waste of 11 BUCKS.
I'll ticket and hope they aren't scammers.

It's definitely scam!

I obviously canceled my subscription on October. But yesterday I checked that the subscription has been renewed without my consent. And they refused refund. I think they are scam. don't use it!

혹시라도 한국분들 보실까봐 작성하는데, 요즘 광고 많이 때린다고 해서 절대 사용하지 마시고, 절대 결제하지 마세요. 구독 취소해도 자동결제되고, 무엇보다 성능이 별로 좋지 않습니다. 돈 받고 팔정도의 퀄리티가 절대 아닌데, 참 안타깝네요.
