Disappointing and inconsistent shipping policy

I had mixed experiences with Kitstore. My first order arrived fine (though slow, which I understood). The second order arrived with a damaged LEGO box due to very poor packaging. To their credit, they offered either a return or a 20% refund, which I accepted since only the outer box was affected.

Because they handled that complaint reasonably, I placed another order — only to have it refused because I live on an island and they “only ship overland.” This makes little sense: they had already shipped to me twice using a parcel carrier, and they clearly ship internationally.

The inconsistency suggests they are unwilling to stand behind proper packaging and carrier responsibility. I cancelled the order and will take my business elsewhere.

Leider falsche Angaben von Lieferzeiten. Vor 4 Tagen bestellt und sollte Montag kommen. Heute eine Nachricht erhalten, dass es 7 Tage später am Montag danach erst kommt. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst hätte ich nicht dort bestellt.

Habe am 17.11. ein Set bestellt, das ich schon länger haben wollte. Drei Tage später war es schon da. Ordentlich verpackt. Alles wunderbar und so, wie es sein soll.

I advise against buying from this seller. I received the wrong set, I had to waste my time on discussion and return. I was told several times that they would send me the purchased set, literally "we guarantee that you will receive a new shipment", but after the return they decided that they did not want to do it. They lied and kept my money in their hands for 2 weeks. Terrible customer service

Wrong Lego set delivered which was returned at our expense but still no refund. Avoid at all costs and shop somewhere else. Would give zero stars if possible.

ordine effettuato dall'italia il 27 luglio e pagato con bonifico bancario il 02 agosto.. provo a chiedere notizie sul mio ordine ma nulla fino al 22 agosto quando mi dicono che la merce è pronta e puoi venirla a prendere.. ahahah dall'italia...nessuna forma di contatto finchè vedo arrivare un corriere il giorno 02 settembre che mi consegna una pedana con articoli mancanti per un valore pagato di circa €1000 su un ordine totale di circa 3500€.. sto ancora aspettando gli articoli mancanti oggi 10 gennaio 2025.. bravo mikael..lealtà e onestà pari a 0

Ich hab den selben Artikel ausversehen 2 mal bestellt, dachte ich werd abgezogen, schreib Abends gegen 20h eine E-Mail an den Kundensupport:
Geld kam noch am selben Tag zurück und eine Stunde später bekam ich die freundlichste Antwort die man sich nur vorstellen kann.

Order was done before release day and delivery took about 7 days after release. But - and that‘s the point - it was much cheaper than Amazon & co.
And I got an answer to each question I had. Quality was very good (package and quality of customer service answer).

I wrote them an email asking one very simple question, if they could ship within when. Instead of answering my question first, they pointed the day of my order was a late Friday and it couldn’t be processed over the weekend(not a nice tone). Mega eye roll! I did not ask for a clarification on when I made my order. It was a simple, can you please ship it to me today?

Product is as shown. Not an extraordinary product but I chose to order from this shop instead of another big firm because I thought it would be nice to support small businesses. But after this communication, i totally I made a wrong decision!

The answer was unnecessary and made to annoy. So I’m definitely avoiding this shop!

Let me start by saying that the customer service is terrible.
I made a partial return of my order. Before sending the item to be returned, I sent an email asking them to inform me of the address for sending the return since they do not have exact information on this website and because I found that they have more than one address... That email was never responded to me.
Risking my hypotheses and because it was already close to the end of the return period, I sent the return to one of the addresses and was left waiting. A week after the shipment was received by them, I still did not receive any contact from them. I sent an email again complaining about the lack of any response to my previous email and asking them to inform me of the status of my return. In response they said that they had never received any previous email from me and asked what exactly I wanted...
Serious? I ask them to inform me of the status of my return and they ask what exactly I want.
After clarifying exactly what I wanted, they went looking for my order, which they had already received over a week ago but until I contacted them they never confirmed having received it. And now they say that the refund has already been made and for me to confirm it in my account... and they don't even say the date of payment of the refund.
In short, they do not respond to emails, do not confirm receipt of returns, do not inform the status of refunds, and do not provide clear information.
I have already informed them that to date I have not received any refund and I am still waiting for someone to know how to respond to my request and resolve my situation.
I do not recommend this company!

Ordered a lego kit from Ireland from Kitstore and was dealt with quickly, professionally and at a price that was very competitive. Arrived as promised. Their customer service communications were timely and true! I would certainly use again. John B

Sérieusement, à quoi correspondent vos prix barrés ? Allez voir ailleurs. Ils sont beaucoup trop cher !
