As a small fashion brand owner, discovering Kive.ai has been an absolute game changer.

Creating high-quality content used to be time-consuming and expensive — but Kive makes it incredibly easy to go from social media visuals to polished ecom images in minutes, and at a fraction of the cost.

What I love most is how tailored everything feels. You’re not stuck with generic outputs — you can create exactly what your brand needs, whether it’s campaign imagery, product shots, or content for Instagram.

If you’re running a small brand and need professional, on-brand visuals without the huge production budget, Kive is honestly fantastic. Highly recommend!

Kive is more than just another ai tool for sole entrepreneurs who has to solve everything on our own, there actually are a team of tech supports who are actually humans! Thank God!

Kive works well most of the time, sometimes it doesn't but still charges you credits even though nothing was created or changed.
I contacted the support about this is and they offered roughly half the credits that were charged in compensation. If you want to have half your money stolen without reason, Kive is the best place for it. Terrible customer service.

Horrible. I paid for one simple task - to create storyboards out of a video. This feature doesn't work despite following the troubleshooting advice of their AI bot. No real human to help on support despite asking for one.... still waiting for someone to mind me. Don't bother trying this out unless you want to throw your money away.

I upgraded from the $50 Basic plan to the $125 Monthly credits plan and was charged both $50 and $125. I expected the upgrade to be prorated so that I would only pay the difference, but that did not happen.

After downgrading to the free plan, all my remaining credits were removed. That was already frustrating.

However, what made this much worse is that I also lost access to my previous creations. This is work I had already created on the platform. Losing access to your own content because you downgrade your plan is extremely concerning and was not clearly communicated.

Being charged in full for an upgrade, losing paid credits, and then losing access to created work creates a very disappointing experience.

I hope the company can clarify their billing practices and restore access to users’ own creations.

I had promotion, and then I wanted to extend it, but Olga customer support agent did not cared about customer (me) and that is one customer less, and possible more.

Appalling customer service. Mostly AI, rude, and almost impossible to get real human help.

The platform itself is glitchy, results are poor, and there is very little transparency around credit usage or billing. I was charged over $850 USD during what I believed was an inquiry, not a confirmed upgrade.

Overall it feels misleading and untrustworthy. There are much better programs on the market.

Not at all fit for purpose. Changes your products too much and can only cater for adults. Very difficult to work. No app. Don’t waste your money!! I asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription. I had deleted my account so when they told me I had to login to cancel, I couldn’t!!! And they told me I would not get a refund even though the pictures created were of an adult not a child and changed my product so it looked nothing like the original so couldn’t be used. They say they won’t refund if the image isn’t like what you want! Well that’s crazy when they are so far off what they say they will be. Absolutely dreadful, so not use this company!!!!

This product is not ready. The quality of the delivered assets are simply too poor and waaaaay from the advertised images created.

This product cannot deliver the visuals it advertises. It’s not ready for market, and the way it promotes flawless results without offering any kind of trial is deeply misleading. Calling it a professional tool is generous, it’s much closer to a novelty than something you can actually use.

The AI product text and branding output is always sloppy and unreadable, with strange warped lettering that looks like Thai script. Product proportions are consistently wrong, and most generated images resemble poorly taken photos with bad lighting, awkward composition, frequent blurriness, and even random fingerprint smudges.

At $120 per month just to try the AI product feature, it’s grossly overpriced and misrepresented. They also denied refunds immediately. It can generate results, but nothing close to the polished examples shown in their marketing. In my view, that level of misadvertising borders on a scam, you will not get usable professional photographs of your products.

The user experience is also weak. The few tools it offers to set up a shot are awkwardly placed, unintuitive, and frustrating to use.

Realistically, this product shouldn’t be more than $20 a month at most, probably closer to $10, because without the product photography side it’s essentially a more limited version of Midjourney with a credit system that drains quickly. At $10 to $20 I might have kept it, knowing I might occasionally get something I could fix in Photoshop.

EDIT: After sending support examples of the unusable images I was getting, they replied with “We’re working on improving that,” which suggests they already know the product isn’t ready. I did eventually receive a refund. It does have potential, so it might be worth checking back in a couple of years to see where it’s at, maybe around 2027 if they’re still operating. They clearly need to rethink both their advertising and their pricing strategy before this can be taken seriously.

Unfortunately this platform is not yet fit for market. I used up alot of my credits trying to follow the guide only to be told by support the guides are outdated and there are no up to date tutorials. Very hard to navigate. There’s a lot of potential but at the moment it’s not user friendly or market ready. I was given a full refund without any drama which is positive. Once they figure out how to make it easier to use it will be amazing. I was told to try again in December after big upgrades had been.

They ask way too much money. They sell you a subscription of 14 p/m or 20 p/m (if you want to upgrade). But before you know it you'll be paying a lot more. Check your invoices very carefully!

I accidentally added an extra member because I thought it was free. But then they charge you twice! When I asked for my money back (because the new member never used their membership and I told them about my mistake), they only refunded a very small portion. After all, they charged me over $800 and only wanted to refund $200.

I didn't expect them to put a freelance filmmaker in such a situation considering this platform was built for our community. It got me into serious financial trouble. I wish I had never subscribed. The service isn't even that great, and a lot of work still needs to be done. I'm super disappointed.

Sorry but this was very disappointing.
They promised a free trail, but there a no functions to try for free. Tried to see if they where able to upscale an old picture, but wanted purchase to test.
Spending a lot of time registering, only to find no free trail at all.
