Delighted with Kivells in Liskeard, primarily dealt with Sam, Natalie and Nyah and they’ve been wonderful.

Excellent service from the Liskeard office, Sam and his team were brilliant.
Always available and very professional.

Unprofessional money grabber.
They send emails with no name of sender. Only company logo.
I was on a viewing list, they rented the house without having a chance to view it. Just rented out to the first person who showed up, when I could have been willing to pay the whole let agreement in advance.
Not good for the LandLord that didn't have a chance to evaluate multiple prospective tenants.
I found out by coincidence after
Rightmove pulled the ad.
Car salesmen are more professional than this bunch of
amateurs looking to grab a fee.
The whole system needs strict conduct regulation in a free for all environment of unlicensed so called estate agents.

Asked to view land this morning. Mark Bunt at Liskeard office asked my availability. I advised of this, only to receive this email 'view at your convenience, there is a location plan on the details'. What?! There are 3 separate parcels of land adjoining one another, no specifications in relation to parking, access, boundaries and no intention of showing me the land. When requiring more information, Mark Bunt then emailed 'this parcel is actually under offer'. What an absolute waste of my time. I've heard more than a few negative reviews of Kivells including those of friends and my experience adds to them. Kivells are not interested in actually working for the vendor and it's clear they aren't too bothered about the buyers either. Mark Bunt - Director - couldn't direct traffic.

Launceston Branch, absolutely do not use, they had our property for 8 months 2 bed bungalow in a small village and was in great order not overpriced but only had two viewings, on a viewing kivells staff could not find the back door/garage keys ( told them 3 times and emailed them where they were), so probably lost this sale, second viewing the people were in no position to buy, I feel all Kivells are only interested in large houses and farms and land and take there eyes off ball. Changed agent and sold within 2 months.

Cracking service and well handled, Sam and the team were great. Thumbs up from me and the husband.

Shocking company.
Sam who I believe is now a director is shocking clueless and didn’t even understand what a deed poll is and how it works and when sent to him asked for the rest of the documents not understanding that it is like a one page certificate, then claimed he wanted the original hard copy not a certified copy, seemed to think that a mere auction agent was untitled to more than a bank or government department

They used to be atrocious on getting back to you and have complained in the past to the other branch managers.
But my word this time has hit new heights! Very very unprofessional and an embaressement to the name and trade.
I asked for them to come and value our property as we are thinking of selling.
3 minutes people! That's all he was in for, no talk on how much, what could improve to help sell, not even a talk on their percent.
Now our property may not have been of interest to them, but this could have been discovered prior to my changing my day around to clear an hour for the visit. Google earth! So could have cancelled the appointment.

If it was not for the auctions and markets department I could not imagine them being here still.
Shocking service and I know house purchasing is hard enough to get any help from them, but now as a potential seller with them! Do not use them. I am glad this has been the only time I have had them out, what a total waste of my time!! The fact that he also questioned my husband and my relationship was very rude indeed

I believe I was cheated by one of the owners / directors. They offered for sale an all terrain mobility scooter (which is no longer made and hard to source) which I needed to access my garden (it is on a steep gradient); I have a form of motor neuron disease, which they knew about from my message to them. I got in first with a commitment to buy, but instead they sold it to someone else as a beach buggy. I consider that to be disabled discrimination and am now taking legal advice.
