Kiyoko Beauty always has exactly what I need. Whenever I’m researching a product, their explanations are perfect, making it very easy to make a confident decision. The shipping is fast, and I love that there is always a thoughtful little surprise in the box. I truly heart them!
Always efficient shipping times, never incorrect and good quality products of varying ranges
very reliable, i have never ever had a bad experience with them like ever and ive been buying from them for like a year now. they have rewards systems with decent discounts but kind of eh and takes awhile to build points but thats every point system ever and they have pretty much any asian beauty product you could want. i primarily purchase the &honey shampoo from them and its the only shampoo that doesnt make agitate my scalp due to things like fragrance and other ingredients.
Won't do returns: They just steal your money instead
They took several days to approve my item return, so much so that I had to contact customer service and ask what was going on. Then, despite having to pay for returning an item, they refuse to refund me and want to make me pay for sending the item back to me.
Other online businesses deal with returns, they should be able to as well.
Don't order from them if you think you may need to return anything.

The centella ampoule is amazing. After the first application my skin looks and feels amazing. Received the package fast.
Businesses can’t be rewarded for their bad behaviour and broken promises
This company consistently delivers inconsistent programs, promotions, sales and member rewards based on their poorly constructed website with the worst user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). They claim and offer benefits and rewards without telling you how to claim them, only to reach out to a unsympathetic customer service team that will then tell you the promotion is expired, the benefit is inapplicable, etc., robbing customers’ money and not honouring any of their offers or even sticking with it - and this is even after showing screenshots of evidence but customer service denies or rejects my evidence. I even received an unprofessional angry email reply from customer service. Who does that? Not worth fighting tooth and nail when the customer is right and has proof . We can’t allow businesses to be rewarded for their terrible websites, terrible email campaigns (or lack thereof when they missed sending them to me) and when they refuse to believe in their customers. I’m glad we have so many options for K-beauty products here in Canada. Kiyoko Beauty certainly doesn’t know how to even run basic business and furthermore, run successfully in this competitive K-beauty landscape. It’s no wonder Kiyoko Beauty is rated a meagre level C with the Better Business Bureau. We cannot keep rewarding businesses for their bad behaviours, poor performance and inconsistent and broken promises and beyond.

It's a no brainer
Kiyoko beauty has quickly become the go to website for all my skincare products. They're Canadian, their orders arrive quickly, they have amazing prices, a wide product selection and they even have reward points you can apply to discount future orders. All in all I'm a happy, loyal customer.

Misplaced order from Kiyoko-UPS
An order was placed with Kiyoko on July 3rd, the package was supposed to be delivered by UPS. UPS lost it in the system, and i was told i would be refunded. Today, July 28 i receive an email from Kiyoko stating that UPS has found the package and will be delivered tomorrow. I told them earlier that i already purchased the products elsewhere and wanted a complete refund. Poor Customer Service by UPS. Kiyoko was able to refund me and appreciate it. Have reordered from them, lets see how it goes, will keep updating.
