Beautiful ruby bracelet. The photos didn't do it justice! So beautiful. I can't stop looking at it when the light catches it. Wonderful customer service. Speedy delivery. Strong recommend if you are looking for anything jewellery related.

I think the first time I bought a ring from Katherine James was about 5 years ago ! Since then I have bought rings for myself, presents for my daughters and have had lots bought by my husband . I love that there’s a mix of vintage , new and bespoke .
My latest gift from my husband was for a special birthday . He and Katherine worked together and made it from scratch! A one off . It’s heavenly ❤️.
Every ring I’ve had I’ve been over the moon with . They look exactly like the photos .
Everyone is incredibly helpful , we’ve had dealings with Katherine and Claire and nothings too much trouble and they have so much passion for the jewellery they are selling .

I found purchasing a ring from here great. Loved the ring, saw on instagram a mix of both mine and my daughters birth stones. Fast delivery was really happy, however a couple of years later and a stone has fell out and they can’t help me. I had to chase for a reply to be told sorry we can’t source a stone. I’ve found this really disappointing and unhelpful especially after they made the ring

I contacted Katherine about making an engagement ring in 2023, and the results were so fantastic that I asked her to make both of our rings for our wedding in November 2024!

The rings themselves are beautiful and beautifully made, and what sets Katherine apart further is her attentive communication during the whole process. We were unsure on the style of the engagement ring, but we were able to speak to Katherine directly who helped us design a bespoke ring with all the elements we wanted. Katherine then sent us regular updates regarding the progress, including sourcing the type of stone, all while bearing in mind our price range.

I’m very glad we found Katherine to help us so wonderfully with this part of our marriage. I can’t recommend her highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to her for any future rings!

I have just received my beautiful ring that Katherine and team sourced, made, and gave a generous touch of sparkle to it, just for me. The service I received has been outstanding, even though everything was done over emails as I live so far away from the shop which was not a problem. I hope one day if I’m in London I can pop into the shop as it truly would be a treat. I cannot recommend Katherine and team enough for their attention to detail and customer service.

Just purchased an Art Deco moissanite ring from Katherine. I ordered the ring in 9ct gold and emailed to ask if a modification to the stone setting was possible and was very surprised to receive a reply direct from Katherine assuring me it was no trouble and she was happy to help. Brilliant customer service from a lady who is clearly passionate about jewellery and committed to delighting her customers!
The ring arrived in a beautiful velvet box surrounded by classy packaging. It is stunning, the sparkle and brilliance are amazing and I am thrilled with it. Special thanks also to the people in the workshop for producing a high quality beautiful piece of jewellery which I will love wearing. Have given a 5 star rating but it deserves a 10!

I'd lost the diamond in my engagement ring, and was looking for an affordable replacement. Katherine was totally amazing!!! She fixed me up with the most beautiful ring, an almost exact match of my engagement ring! It truly is stunning and if I'm honest I prefer it to my original ring!!! I have just purchased a moissanite “holiday”ring and I can tell you it’s fabulous - it really is sparkly as a diamond and I challenge anyone to tell the difference without specialist equipment! I needed the ring for a specific date so contacted Customer Service and they were so helpful and kept me informed of progress! I trust and can thoroughly recommend Katherine and her team 100% Over the years I have bought rings and a necklace all of which were a fraction of the price had I bought from a jewellery shop.

Ordered my second pair of KJJ earrings which arrived beautifully packaged like a little gift to myself. Shopping was free and by Royal Mail. The moissanite studs are perfection and I have not taken them off. Fantastic size for everyday wear to just elevate any outfit without being too overt. Thank you KJJ! I'll be back for more soon!

I have bought several pieces of jewellery from Katherine over the years. Mostly rings, one bracelet. I have always been delighted with my purchase. The beautiful pink sapphire will be going to my new granddaughter as a family heirloom to hopefully pass down the generations. My blue sapphire is frequently admired, even by strangers. I also have an aquamarine ring and some moissanite pieces (earrings and rings) that I enjoy wearing.
Recently I contacted Customer Service for help with an issue and was impressed with the communication and support given. It far exceeded my expectation. I have once sent a ring back as it did not suit as well as I hoped and that was a simple and hassle free process. Customers should shop with confidence and you will be pleasantly surprised. Well done Katherine and team. Keep it going.
