Kyle was very efficient
Kyle arrived on time, went straight to the toilet flush that needed replacing, stripped everything out and fitted the new unit. All done in a short time and is working perfectly. His cost was reasonable and I am very happy with the service.

Grateful for sorting out our plumbing…
Grateful for sorting out our plumbing issues.
However, after arranging a date he did not put it in his diary so did not turn up and we had to wait another week without a fully working bathroom.
Also needs to work on transparency of labour costs.
This is why I awarded this company only 3 stars.

Prompt and excellent service
I phoned KJP this morning at about 8.30 about a leaking toilet system. It wasn't an urgent problem but Kyle was nearby and able to get here by 10:15 am. He located and fixed the problem straight away and took the time to show me what had caused it (one of those wrapped blue blocks that you drop in your cistern – the wrapping hadn't dissolved and had blocked the valve). He also looked at a radiator that had leaked and explained what was happening there, and did a quick fix. Very efficient and professional. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Had a simple problem with the button on…
Had a simple problem with the button on my toilet, Kenny Porter visited my home to assess it, then took a deposit and never returned. He has not responded to any of my messages or calls. As a 90-year-old pensioner, I feel I have been unfairly taken advantage of which is both disheartening and unacceptable. I trusted him to act professionally and in good faith.

Quick response and excellent SOS job on a Sunday
Had a leak through ceiling on a Sunday. Checkatrade plumbers couldn't come until Monday earliest. Found Mr Porter, who came within an hour, located and fixed the problem promptly and professionally. Lovely man and we are delighted with the work.
