Great product, good service
I ordered my minecraft lamp and got it almost after a month. However, in spite of the delay, the Klaisto team were communicative the whole way through and eventually I received a really great product. Will be ordering again.

Quality of Products is great!
I ordered the minecraft lamp recently and I've to say its really good, the built quality to the looks.... My only issue was that the delivery came quite late than expected (2-3 days) but otherwise worth it experience.

Scammers (Report these people)
These people are the worst, firstly I placed order via cod but they said they couldn't get me the product that way due to their some issues so I paid online. After waiting for 2months, I had enough of theirs excuses and I asked for refund but never got any and they are now deleting/hiding my comments from their social accounts and not even responding on WhatsApp or number.
PLEASE REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO CYBER POLICE
EDIT: The heck you mean to contact you on "support@ klaisto.com" as if I didn't try it before because I did. And again with the same excuses, well you can't give the product then return the money but no. You guys are not responsible for anything and your team is so bad. I don't have time as of now but I'll definitely take you all to court someday unless you contact me and give my refund.

Placed an order on 3rd August, 2025. After 2 months no deliveries. And no refunds also. They dont respond to messages, complaints, WhatsApp messages, etc. They don't answer their phone number listed on their website. Their CEO, Atul Agarwal, is not responding and asked for refund, and no response for 2 months.
Be careful when you shop at this website as you may loose your money!!
