I never received the order I placed. I contacted customer service several times, but unfortunately I’ve had very little response. They replied once after a few days, but after I explained multiple times that my order still hadn’t arrived, I never heard back again. This experience has been very disappointing and upsetting.

Just the best delivery! Everything runs on schedule and the products are always high quality. Can definitely recommend.

My order never arrived. I emailed back, few times, no respond. They are sending out emails asking me how happy I am with my order, and I keep sharing one-star reviews but no respond. I canceled the subscription and no one reached out. So I imagine there are actually no people involved with costumer service. It is interesting that my negative reviews are not visible on their web anywhere

Terrible! I placed the order over a month ago and never received it. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but no one answers. Now the DHL courier is telling me I have to pick up the package in Germany, but I live in Italy, where I was supposed to receive my order. A terrible experience!!!

My trustee product for preventing chronic UTIs. Also helps protect and restore my gut flora better than any pharmacy bought pre- & probiotic if I need to take antibiotics. Very happy with the product, as always!

KLARSKIN is one of my favourite skincare brands. Been there as a customer from the very beginning - do appreciate high quality products (esp. Retingold) that my skin loves. And service is just wonderful even when something has to be resolved. Highly recommended.

Great costumer service. Powder is nice, I have been using it for 2 weeks and noticed improvement on my skin. But the game changer are the three skin products. Started using it 2 days ago and already amazed! Recommend.
