I love Klass, but the local premises has closed and moved into a much smaller shop, cutting back on the available stock and selection.

Shop purchase better than online purchases.
Nice shop. Pleasant staff. Happy with my purchase so ordered two more tops online. Unfortunately, although the online procedure was OK to use, I was not overly thrilled with the two tops I bought online. Wanted same as I had bought in shop but in different colour. This was not available. Happy with service though. P.S. I wrote this review around 20th May - today it is 21st August - they have just thanked me for my review - it has taken them 3 months!!!!!!!!!

Nice new unit
The new shop was easy to walk around with clothes set out nicely. The sales assistant was very helpful with a suggestion about the sizing of the item I was interested in.

Wonderful experience
Visited the store in Affinity Stoke-on-Trent. Rachel and her colleague were so helpful in finding me a dress for a wedding. I don’t suit dresses and struggle to find anything but they were honest, patient and complimentary. I felt completely at ease. Also recommended another shop where I could get a bespoke fascinator, picking out the colours in the dress. I also appreciated that even though my dress was in the sale it was still part of the 28 day return policy. I shall be returning to this store again and again!!!
