Excellent car and affordable
The pickup was quick. The prices were affordable. The car was excellent. The staff was helpful. Only thing is that it is 5-10 mins from airport. But that’s why they are affordable. They save on the rents of airport and pass these savings to customers. And they provide shuttle for transfer. Super convenient

Ich hatte kein so gutes Gefühl mit der Buchung leider. Wenn man über CHECK24 bucht, dann würde man noch mal mit dem Problem konfrontiert, dass man nicht mit einer Debitkarte die Kaution hinterlegen kann, so dass wir noch mal 220 € mehr bezahlen mussten.
Der Pick-up war zwar gut, aber auch die Benutzerfreundlichkeit der Webseite hat mir nicht so wirklich gut gefallen. Im Auto hingen QR-Codes für ein Fast Check in jedoch haben die QR-Codeseinfach nicht funktioniert. Geht aufjedenfall besser.
Das Auto an sich war aber super

bad experience
bad experience, They take you more than 10 km from the airport to an area in the middle of nowhere and then you're held hostage!!! I had purchased insurance through the booking website, but the agent refused to acknowledge it. I was forced to pay an additional €200 for insurance, and then he demanded an extra €100 for crossing the border, even though the quoted price was €14 per day. And that's not all! Then he took a €100 deposit, which he cashed, even though he had told me it was a deposit. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

We would like to clarify that our office locations are situated outside the airport area, with shuttle transfer provided to ensure easy access. Regarding the rental process, all our colleagues are trained to present both available options—either renting with a damage deposit or choosing a zero-risk insurance package—so that, in the interest of transparency, every customer can make a fully informed decision. We do not oblige customers to select any specific option. Please also note that insurance purchased through a broker or third-party platform is not the same as the coverage options available directly at our desk, which may differ in terms and conditions.
Additional services, such as cross-border travel, are subject to specific fees in accordance with our terms and conditions, and these are explained at the rental desk before confirmation.
Regarding the administrative deposit, this is blocked as a guarantee for aspects such as the fuel level or if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty. This means the car should be returned in the same condition as it was at pickup. In most cases, if all conditions are respected, the deposit is released by us at the time of the vehicle’s return; however, depending on the bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to become available again.
We understand how these aspects may have caused confusion, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
To review your situation in detail and clarify all charges applied, we kindly ask you to send us your reservation number at customercare@klasswagen.com. We will be happy to investigate your case further.

I rented car from Klass Wagen through…
I rented car from Klass Wagen through Booking .com.
Car was good and services as far as shuttle to airport was excellent !
However, I was extremely unhappy with the scary tactics to get more money than was the original agreement. At the office, I was charged more than double what I already paid to booking.com. To me, that is extermly misleading information for clients. I would understand 100 or 150 extra; however more than origina price was unexpected and an unpleasant begining of my vaccation !
Suggestion : maybe do nikt rent cars through booking.com if that is not convenient for you !
