Best thing ever in the kitchen. Saves so much power.
Yes we get bombarded with their ads, but sometimes, it's worth it. I bought the hot water dispenser and I can't believe it lives up to the hype. We just got a solar battery and I have been monitoring our usage, and was horrified to see how much the jug uses and for how long. This actually makes your cuppa in 10 secs. The jug can boil for over 3 mins. I spent a little extra to get the digital read out. So easy to set temperature and ml, then it's saved unless you change it. Press and walk away. Done! Thank you.

I don't know what happened that is the issue I think they refunded my money without any explanation re the product I had ordered. I received an email saying it was back in stock. I ordered it and then received a weird email saying they had refunded the money without any explanation. Terrible service and unlikely to ever try again.

The unit stand is very flimsy making it a little awkward to secure the unit in an upright position.
The on /off switch is in a terrible spot causing a slight movement of the fingers to swtch it on or off. This is very annoying as i'm constantly having to switch it on and then adjusting the power setting again so as I can continue the vacuuming.
I find it a little heavy.
I am new to this type of vacuum apparatus
, hopefully I will overcome the few issues I have with it as it has quite good suction and manoeuvrability.
