The glide and ease of the machine is great but I found it took a couple of days for the roller to dry so I couldn't put it away. The dirty water dispenser needs a bigger outlet because it's hard to get all the stuff out.

Hot water dispenser is okay
I bought the instant hot water dispenser. I use it occasionally for hot lemon water and for instant gravy. It heats the water very quickly as Kleva states. It says the dispenser pours 200ml at a time but I find that it can be anywhere from 125ml to 175ml. The machine is a lot bigger than my kettle. I am pretty happy with it. In terms of the delivery, etc., I had a good experience.

I like that it vacuums and washes at…
I like that it vacuums and washes at the same time. It didn't clean the floors quite as well as expected and didn't really clean the grout on the tiled floors. The run time is good but there are such a lot of components to wash and clean at the finish - the supplied brush was very useful. Delivery was quick and I found customer service very friendly and helpful.

What you see isn't what you get
As far as getting the Hot water machine, I have no complaints. The machine needed cleaning, which is expected, and I did that. I then wanted to know hiw much water my mug held. I filled it with water from the tap and measured it. 300ml. So I turned the machine on and set the temp to 85 deg and the volume to 300ml. I then started the machine to fill my cup. The filling stopped, and my cup was not filled to the 300 ml mark. It measured 200 ml, and it was the same for the 400 ml; the machine produced 300ml. I have sent this info to the Company, and they wanted a video of the machine in action. I sent them a video and a photo of the POP number on the bottom of the machine. So far, no reply. I wonder if everyone else has the same problem and don't know it?

Sleeping on a cloud of softness
My son first landed on my Super Sleeper Pro and told me it was so soft that he didn’t want to move. As he’s unwrapped it and put it on my bed, it was only fair for him to try it first. When I tried it I felt like I had fallen into a bottomless cloud of softness and drifted off peacefully. Even the pillows are ‘cloud’ softness and I gave one to my son and he told me it beats his other pillows hands down. It is cheaper than replacing your mattress and I was surprised to get a discount too. I highly recommend this product if you want a good night’s sleep😴

Good product bad delivery service
The product is amazing we love it. But global team express is not a good company to deal with. My parcel arrived in my reigion then took them 4 days to put it out for delivery. I recived a message telling me it would arrive between 1pm and 3pm on that day so i waited at home and it didn't come. Then i got a message from them saying that it was undelivered because no one was home. That was a lie because i sat on my couch between those times and nobody came. I didnt miss the delivery because i can see my front door from where i was sitting they are just useless not good.
