There was an issue with a problem with my order not going through. It was the last minute tickets that had me losing my head but the support team was really helpful.

I ordered the wrong time slot for a ticket and it was fixed very quickly, by a real customer support agent, at midnight.

The Great ticketing platform site is also user-friendly and secure and when I called the customer care to change the time of my booking, Joel responded to me instantly. He was polite, highly educated, and solved my issue in a shorter period than I expect.

I was confused on some of the options of tickets to an event but Joel provided outstanding customer support. He also took his time to explain to me every step and ensured that I got everything before I made the booking.

Great customer service. Wanted to change the date on my ticket and received my new tickets with newly changed date within the same day that I requested. Really impressed! Would highly recommend.

The website is very user-friendly for booking tickets, and any requests to amend booking dates are handled promptly. Customer service is excellent—efficient, responsive, and professional. The live chat agents reply quickly to messages, which is especially helpful and much appreciated.

Easy to buy tickets, but the real value came when I accidently deleted my email tickets!! I went onto the website, opened live chat and explained my issue to an agent, Joel Steve. He logged my issue and within 24hrs an email was sent with confirmation of my original purchade email plus a PDF of the tickets, just in case...and, Joel also followed up via email to make sure I had received the email and tickets. Outstanding service!!!

On 70£ spent, they charge 15£ fees. Disgusting

Easy steps and prompt, highly recommended

Honestly this team is super good. I had booked the wrong dates for the tickets to winter funland and they supported me the whole way through. The team was quick to reply, fast to act on this issue and resolved it within 12hrs to be exact 8hrs. A big thank you for the support and rearranging it all for me.

I managed to get 4 free tickets from a friend but wasn’t able to purchase a 5th ticket for my partner as they was sold out for the date and time we needed, it was for my daughters birthday who has additional needs and i was very anxious about going on my own with 3 children, i emailed and inquired about purchasing a 5th ticket and they made it possible for us to go as a family, wonderful customer service, we can’t wait to enjoy our evening.

Great customer suport. I have to admit i was really surprised at how quick was my issue solved. I wanted to send an email first but then thought to try the Chat and honestly it was solved within a day. Robert was really helpful and polite so i am glad i tried the live chat. We are looking forward to the Funland now together with the kids :)

Brilliant service by Joel Steve. No hassle in changing the date of my tickets

I’m really impressed with the service from Clicket. Despite the mistake being my fault, they kindly amended my tickets without any hassle. Robert was absolutely fantastic, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was worried as it was online help, with no contact number, but even so it’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Highly recommended!

Purchasing the ticket was straight forward and when we had an issue and needed to change the date the support team are very clear, quick and helpful. Robert assisted with changing the booking more than once and was very helpful.
