Unjustified freezing of the withdrawal…

Unjustified freezing of the withdrawal and closing of the user’s account. According to them, misuse of the bonus? I could only reach customer service by e‑mail, and it was only at this point that they informed me of the account closure. The more I researched this casino online, the more I realized that this is their normal way of operating.

They are scamming and robbing your moneys

Please stay away from this site!
I joined with klikkikasino.com on 7.3.2025. I deposited 100e and got 200e bonus on top. I wagered that by playing netent lost relics with bets 0,80e 1,60e and 4,0e so everything under their terms and conditions. Then on 8.3.2025 i was asked POA and identy document and i send them and bot were approved. At this point they still didnt pay my winnings of 581,24e. Then all of a sudden they closed my account on sunday 9.3.2025 without any notice and they didnt pay my winnings. I have try to contact them what is the problem but they refuse to answer. I have filled a complaint to their licensor. Stay away from this site. They are doing illeagal things.

Update on my situation on 12.3.2025
Yesterday evening my account was re-opened all of a sudden and i was told that i can ask for withdrawal. Today i received my moneys at my bank account.
I think the reason they payed my moneys was because i contacted their licensor and also i started legal actions against them.
Even tough i got my moneys, i do not recommend this site to anybody. Very very shady site.

Choose better casino.

Be careful when it comes to this casino! There are many more better and faster casinos out there.

They will take your money, but when it comes to paying out, things slow down and they refuse to do so.
Your transaction page says that the payment has been "initialized" which means absolutely nothing to customer. I personally asked in the chat that what does it mean.
I was told that my withdraw is being processed as we speak, so basically it should happen now.
Anyhow after 24 hours it is still "initialized" which proves the point that people are mislead, and the chat operators lie about what is going on.

And furthermore, it does kill the idea of PNP casino if you have to wait several days for your withdrawal to even be processes.

There are plenty of cons in this casino, so please avoid it. Dont be fooled like I was!

My withdraw was cancelled, but I havent been given a reason. Nobody in chat knew anything about why this happened.
