Fantastic customer service and KLIRA is amazing. I’ve been using the prescribed night formula for 3 months and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better - I’ve spent a small fortune on different skincare brands and KLIRA is by far the best.

I just love the Dayscript by Klira. It makes my skin unbelievably soft and dewy. Perfect for glass-skin.
I also love the tretinoin cream for night. All the effect with no dryness,sensitivity or tightness. Sinks in immediately

They literally have the best SPF, protects your skin and acts like a moisturiser. Since I discovered their SPF, I stick to just one product.

I’m a huge fan of Klira and have subscriptions to all three of the creams. They are all great quality and effective. The customer experience team and the derm teams are really helpful and reply very quickly to any queries. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I usually hate using SPF and my skin has paid the price. But Klira's 'Day Script' is a game changer, by far the best day cream and spf i have ever used. Made a big difference and now i wear it every day, love it! T

I have been using the Klira Special for almost a year and I wish I had found this product sooner! I'm 64 and my skin has honestly never looked so good. I had a couple of small patches of pigmentation and those have completely disappeared. My skin has a fabulous glow sheen and feels firmer and plumper to touch especially around the lower jaw area. I'm also convinced my eye wrinkles are somewhat less noticeable. I have recently started using The Dayscript and my skin feels so hydrated. I rarely wear foundation now as I feel I don't need it. The nightly Klira Special and The Dayscript are perfect partners in a super, simple, daily routine.
I have contacted Klira customer service on numerous occasions and they have always provided excellent service and responded quickly to any queries.

I am 52 years old , and i have joined the Klira world for 1 month , i started with KLIRA THE SPECIAL (PM) , and after a couple of uses starting to notice small changes , after 2 weeks I subscribed to KLIRA THE DAYSCRIPT(AM) , my skin has never looked better , the quality of my skin has improved a lot , my hyperpigmentation is much lighter , the DAYSCRIPT is the perfect canvas to use with any make up , the skin looks so smooth and the best thing you are very well protected .
The skincare world is so confusing and KLIRA has done all the guess work for what my skin really needs , my skincare routine used to be very expensive and took a lot of time , now with KLIRA is much cheaper , quicker and the results are amazing , is like having your own dermatologist , is customized to your skin needs ... i am looking forward for the future of my skin and i would highly recommend KLIRA to anyone who wants healthy skin .

I've been using Klira since it became available for my Rosacea and general skin health. The Klira Special is a prescription level medication specially formulated for my particular skin type. It is delivered to me each month and is very easy to use by simply applying 2 pumps of the cream each night. I am extremely happy with the results and as a woman in her 50's my skin is probably better now than it ever has been in terms of reduced redness, fine lines and overall smoothness.

I have been on it for 10 months and my skin is amazing! I am never going back. Expensive for me but well worth it.

In my late 60s I felt my skin needed a boost and my therapist recommended Klira. Received the product quickly, nicely packaged and I have been using it for 1 month. The service by the team is a great they are very friendly & helpful & have done over & above to sort out my query, as my cream subscription was on hold till I used all the cream subscribed previously. They kept me informed of what they were doing at all times & advised my next subscription date. Great great customer service, definitely recommend them.

I have been a Klira customer for a couple of years. I find that any time I have a query or questions, it is answered promptly and with genuine care. Skincare can be tricky, there are myriad products, advice and suggestions readily available and I am really grateful that the team at Klira can navigate through it all with their expertise, but best is the care, I feel very cared for as a customer

I wasn’t getting through my formula quickly enough and had to pause my monthly subscription, and skip one of the orders. Customer service responded quickly and sorted it straight away. Lovely company, and always helpful when anything needs adjusting. :)

I’m so disappointed with my experience. I was really excited to try Klira but unfortunately after a couple of weeks I had a bad reaction with red, burning skin. It was difficult to contact Klira - my What’s App message was ignored and it took a few days to get a proper response by email. I was told it was rosacea which I think is incorrect. I received no replies to my further emails so now have no idea what is happening. I went online to review subscription options and was updated to a 12 month subscription!! There appears to be no way to change this and yet again I cannot contact Klira for a response!!!! The live chat and What’s App are not functional. Hopefully I will get a reply by email eventually. It’s all very frustrating :(

Beware of the VERY short 1-month expiry date in tiny print.

I could only use once every 2 days as it made my skin very dry. That meant that the last 2 weeks I was using it it was past it's sell by date. They only pointed that out after a year of postponing my next order for a month
