As a girl who has been through a variety of treatments and skincare over the years in an attempt to heal my hyperpigmentation and the overall texture of my skin, this is definitely the best thing I have come across. I am currently on the treatment plan that includes Tretinoin and azelaic acid and in the space of 2 months, it has done wonders to fading my marks and improving my overall texture. 100% Recommend!

Regrettably, my experience was deeply disappointing, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services. To begin with, the cost is exorbitant and entirely unjustifiable. Also opting for a customised formula is, in my opinion, ill-advised. Should an adverse reaction occur, it becomes significantly more challenging to identify the offending ingredient.
In my case, the prescribed three-in-one formula caused a severe burning sensation that persisted for days, even after I discontinued its use. I reached out to their customer service and dermatology team, providing detailed information and photographic evidence of my condition. Unfortunately, they responded with apparent indifference, showing little concern and refusing to issue a refund.
In my view, you are better served by relying on a traditional pharmacy with separate prescriptions tailored to your needs. Klira Pro appears to prioritise profit over ethical practices, which is disheartening and unacceptable.

I have been using Klira for just over 3 months now and so far I’m seeing great results. Any questions have been responded to quickly and professionally. I’m so impressed, I’ve recently signed my son up to Klira for acne and rosacea concerns.

I’m very torn about Klira. On one hand I am a massive Dr Emma Craythorne fan and when I first signed up my skin had a bad reaction to my Klira Special formula and I had a ‘free’ one on one with her. We added Ivermectin into my Special and I found it easier to tolerate. This was in Summer 2022. However, in all honesty my Type I rosacea has not improved at all since this time. I have written to them asking if they need to review my formula and they say no just stick with it. They also reckon the Special may help reduce further damage during flare ups, but my skin flares every day (on top of fixed permanent redness) either in the evening or over night. I was told by one adviser to add in vitamin C to my regime which I know is a trigger for my rosacea. I’m pretty sure you have to pay for reviews now and customer service give you different advice depending on who you speak to. It’s very expensive for what it is therefore but something tells me that it must be good if it’s come from Dr Craythorne!! Wondering if to switch to either Dermatica or to Skin & Me as an alternative just haven’t decided yet ….

Super impressed with this skincare service. Have struggled for years with rosacea and seen many dermatologists, multiple courses of antibiotics, medicated creams etc. None were able to address the medical issue with general skin care and anti-ageing so I was thrilled when a dermatologist recommended this to me. My custom cream combines the medication I need to address the rosacea, alongside other active ingredients that my skin has always reacted to in over-the-counter lotions. My rosacea has noticeably improved in 6 weeks, but so also has the quality of my skin overall and I have a lovely “glow”. Am delighted by the results and think that whilst the price is “premium”, it’s a fraction of the cost of having multiple expensive creams with varying efficacy that are inappropriate for sensitive skin.

Anytime I contact Klira they are always very quick to respond and in particular at the moment Ersa has been very helpful and supportive.

Tried Klira from reading online reviews on social media sites & Wayne Goss. Took 2 months to see any difference but now at the end of my 3rd month the results are clearly visible. I love just the one bedtime step for me & although the cream is more £ than I would normally pay, not needing to buy any extra serums /oils etc means it's probably cheaper in the long run.

I have contacted Klira once for advice & their response was thorough, very helpful and within 48 hours .. I think that's great customer service.

I'm very happy & have now taken out an annual subscription.

I've been using another brand for 3 years and whilst I've seen some benefits I hit a plateau and had to work hard to get my skin concerns addressed through constant correspondence. I remained dissatisfied but did not know what alternative there was. I then came across Klira from a recommendation by the brilliant Sali Hughes in the Guardian. I'm so pleased I tried it! In just a week my skin has transformed from being an oily, flaky and inflamed mess to what I've always wanted. Although the strength of actives in my Klira special is much stronger than I've been using for the last 3 years, I do not experience any irritation at all. The Special has tackled my congested and oily skin, reduced my pore size and my face is already glowing in under a week. Another huge benefit is that Klira recommend specific skin care products suited for your skin size. I immediately ditched what I had been using for years and tried their recommended cleanser, moisturiser and SPF. These benefited my skin hugely even before my Klira special arrived in the post! It's so hard to choose from the thousands of products available and this clear and affordable regime is what I've been searching for, for years.
Everytime I've had any questions regarding skincare products or anything to do with my regime they have been so warm, professional and helpful. It has been amazing to have access to this at such an affordable price. I only wish I knew about them years ago!
I can't thank Klira enough for democratising access to professional and good quality skincare.
I've also been thoroughly enjoying Emma's brilliant, informative and no nonsense podcasts.
I would highly recommend Klira, you won't regret it.

I’ve been using Klira for about 3 months now, and it has made such a difference to my skin! My acne has improved so much in only 3 months.
I have emailed multiple times for advice and because I needed to adjust my deliveries a few times because i find using it every other day rather than every day works best for me, and the team have always replied extremely quickly and have been super helpful and accommodating with my requests.

Best skin subscription out there! So delighted I took the plunge and signed up, yes Klira is the more expensive of the options around for prescription skincare but you honestly do get what you pay for. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and nothing is ever a problem when getting in touch. They’re accessible and all contacts are replied to so very quickly. The product itself is of exceptionally high quality and really personalised to you in terms of base formula and actives. The only active you’ll need!!

The packaging is lovely and sleek, the products are really good i've received several compliments and today someone mistook me for being much younger than i actually am which i'm thrilled about. The customer service team are also really helpful and friendly.

Happy with the skin treatment so far but treatment reviews are non existent. I used to subscribe to a cheaper company (Dermatica), they got in touch regularly to ask how things were going and asking for photo updates to check everything was okay. I expected at least the same if not more from Klira (being more expensive) but there has been no check ups from them at all, which seems poor for the price. I am going back to Dermatica.

I used Klira for nearly 9 months. My skin was a mess nearly all of the 9 months. I knew there would be some adjusting, but this was much more. Every issue I had, Klira advised me to use different products, which made my skin so much worse. Different people replied to my emails, giving me different advice contradicting the previous person. I sent endless emails, questions, and photos. But, kept being told to persevere and that my skin would improve. Ended up going to the doctor who was shocked at my skin and the advice I had been given.
Endless issues, spent a fortune both in Klira special and other products. A week off Klira and my skin is so much happier.

I have been using klira for 6 months, my skin is the best it has ever been.
I am 63 yrs old , have always looked after my skin , but never found my happy place with my sensitive reactive dry skin.
Since using klira my skin is calm , less redness, no flushing and feels great .

I wanted to wait until I reach my 3 months with Klira but I couldn't wait because I just have to praise the customer service team that works at Klira - each case is taking seriously and they take time to investigate and give a proper reply to your individual needs. On top of that I can also leave my comment regarding the Klira special. I'm using it just over a month now and I can see huge improvements already from within. You can just tell that the job Klira special is doing it's not just on the surface level, it's actually working within deep layers of the skin, making it adapt, heal, transform and I love to be part of this journey - I love seeing gradual results, rather than a temporary quick fix - this is truly an experience and I'm excited to see how my skin continues transforming in the next months.

I've been using Klira for a few months now, and I'm blown away by both the results and the amazing customer service from the dermatologists and the team — especially Sarah. I've noticed such a positive change on my face, so much so that friends and strangers have commented on my glowing skin. I have asked for the dermatologist's recommendations for increasing my prescription's strength, which has seen an even greater impact on my skin. I have had quite sensitive, dry skin in the past, chronic eczema coupled with sun spots, and I've found that the actives have not irritated my skin at all due to the gradual dosage. My sun spots have improved significantly as well. Safe to say I highly recommend this brand!

I’ve been with Klira about 9 months now. The change in my skin is huge. It’s smoother, less pigmented and looks rather nice ! Their approach isn’t a one size fits all, it’s very personal and there, are I think, 9 different skin types you could be, not just the usual 3. The customer service is second to none. Personal replies from dermatologists with up to date excellent advice. Lots of recommendations and they really take the time to listen and engage with you. Yes, it’s a little bit more than some companies but with that you get a product to suit your own skin from thorough analysis and you get a fabulous customer service experience. They moved me through the different strengths of Tret regularly checking in with me. I don’t have any regrets and I am seeing changes in my skin.

I am now 6 months in to my Klira journey and can definitely see an improvement with pore reduction and a generally fresher skin tone. It's definitely worth the investment and the expert dermatological support is a huge asset. I am looking forward to even more improvement over the coming months
