Quick delivery and excellent customer service!

Absolute terrible experience dealing with their customer service. Ordered multiple items including power tools and batteries. Only one set of tools and battery was sent. KMS had no idea they forgot to send the other. I contacted them and was given the run around and highly questioned as to why I didn't receive the other items. Eventually the warehouse manager stepped in and admitted he didn't realize I had ordered multiple and he forgot to send them. So he sent the replacement tool, but I discovered upon receiving it that he forgot to send the battery. So now I have been communicating with customer service again and they are making me out to be the one that has missed something. They have no record of what they have or have not sent out. They question my integrity and demand proof that it has not been delivered, despite having no proof that it ever was delivered. They have continually made empty promises that they will fix things and get back to me. It has been close to a month and I have not received my entire order. These are items I paid for close to a month ago.

Can always find an associate to assist, In locating items in need.

Normally, they have the item, or a similar product.

Last visit, the items I required, were not in stock. (T-track bolts 3")

The online ordering was great. I had some questions so I called in to online ordering and the lady I spoke to was very helpful in all the questions I had and went above and beyond to help me get some invoices for items I had purchased online in the last few years. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it took about 3-4 days before my order was actually shipped, but it appears that it has now been shipped.

One of the customer service folks Julie S. was extremely helpful and knew their products and promotions. I would definitely do business with KMS again. Some of the other large tool suppliers in Ontario could take a lesson from the client focused approach KMS has.

Been pretty happy with the service I've been getting there.

I've bought several things from KMS, like a lather and lathe chucks. They always get my stuff to me on time. Once, though, I had an order with a missing part. I reached out to them, and they sorted it out in less than a day. Their customer service is awesome, and I had a fantastic shopping experience. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Bought tools. Accessory back ordered. Been waiting for almost two months. Called a month ago. Told the blade would arrive inside of a week. Never received it. Keep chasing after it.

I go to KMS tools for my woodworking tools because they have what I need, the price is good, and the staff are knowledgeable.

The young woman who initially enthusiastically tried to help me quickly admitted that she was new and was just learning. That was good because there was no wasting time trying to sort things out. When she asked another staff for what I was looking for, he stepped in and was helpful, knowledgeable about the products, made recommendations based on my project and did not upsell. I was very happy with my new circular saw.
