You always have what I’m looking for and at a good price. Also there is always lots of helpful staff to help find stuff etc. I also regularly attend the Car Meet on Friday nights.

Any time I've gone to KMS Tools, for a tool or supplies I have always found staff available and more than willing to assist me in pinpointing what would be best for my needs and are happy to give me the benefit of their experience on any project advice I need.

The extra effort made by a staff member to help me in the return of a defective product, to determine that even if I got a new one to replace the defective unit, I would end up with the same problems.

Very high-quality tools and Very helpful and friendly staff particularly Kayla M who is one of those wonderful staff who works at Abbotsford location. Other retailers should learn from KMS Tools. It is gold standard retailer in my opinion. I always shop my tools from KMS Tools, here you can find Very expensive tools that are great quality and value for their high price as well as find some what less expensive but still work able and useful for their value. Highly recommend it.

I have been waiting for a guard for my joiner since March. Been promised delivery several times,told it was ready for pick up and upon arriving at store discovering it isn't in yet. It is a bit of a drive for us coming from Maple Ridge so this is getting very frustrating. It would have been a nice gesture to at least offer me a discount on my next purchase, but nothing? Still getting absolutely terrible comunication from the Abbotsford store. Still waiting as of Aug 16th?

Everyone from start to finish was awesome. Brett is extremely knowledgeable very helpful and had my product out the door the same day.
