Knead Massage Reviews

Contacting Knead was really simple and I experienced a warm and friendly welcome from John.
I was given a couple of choices for my massage - I opted for Barry as I could conveniently walk to his premises. Barry really listened to me, as I listed my aches and pains !! But then slowly worked on each area to dig into all the knots.
I will be going back for further treatment and would recommend Knead if you are in need of a massage.

Great customer service! Being able to speak to someone about anything you needed was really helpful. It really went a long way in a world where everything was automatic. John answered every question i had and helped me find what i needed. And Emma who did my sports massage was amazing!! So friendly and really made it a good experience!

I saw an advert for Knead on Insta. Extremely friendly and helpful. Most importantly the treatment was brilliant. Just what I wanted.

It was very good session will definitely book again and recommend it to friends and family.

Kathryn was very knowledgable and the massage helped my hip and lower back no end

I love the fact that they take the time to talk about the specific areas that you need worked rather than doing a generic massage. Really nice people who actually care and are easy to talk to. Will definitely book again!

I came across knead on instagram and really liked the sound of it. Found my local therapist Teri and booked. I found Teri really conscientious she took the time to really assess what I needed. I’m a hairdresser with very tight upper back shoulders and neck, she worked on my whole body and even spent time after my massage to give me exercises to improve my aches and pains.
I slept that night better than I have in years!
I highly recommend knead and Teri and will continue to invest in this service so I can continue in my job which I have been finding increasingly difficult. And for someone as useless as me in tech and apps the website and booking system was the easiest I’ve ever used.

This is the first time I’ve been for a deep tissue massage and Emma made me feel calm and comfortable. She really targeted the areas I was having problems with and making sure I was feeling comfortable through out . I will definitely be returning and booking is quick and easy.

Saw them advertise on social media. The received a message of them asking how they could help.

They made everything very easy and Teri who I saw was really friendly. Felt great after and the next day. Will certainly be going again.

Really helpful before booking and even after. Anna was amazing and I will definitely be booking back in!

Overall great experience, it was easy to book in and was able to get an appt pretty soon. Anna was brilliant, she was very welcoming and targeted exactly what I was after, and her set up was very relaxing. I would definately recommend and will be going again.

Great & Helpful Service! Super Easy Booking And Assistance Finding A Close By Therapist To Aid With My Back Pain. Professional Start To Finish! Highly Recommended.

Emma was very professional but welcoming, I felt at ease immediately and she really listened to my issues to give me the best treatment possible. I felt a huge difference after just one session and am looking forward to returning.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to John at Knead Massage for matching me with the perfect therapist for my deep tissue massage. From the moment of booking, John was incredibly helpful and ensured I was paired with someone who met my needs perfectly.
Anna was exceptional. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly highly trained and qualified in her field. She took the time to understand my requirements, explained the treatment, and regularly checked that I was comfortable throughout the session.
Not only was the massage excellent, but Anna's warm personality and genuine care made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We had a lovely conversation, and I felt completely at ease from start to finish.
I highly recommend both Anna and the entire Knead Massage team. The level of professionalism, customer care, and expertise provided was outstanding. Thank you, John, for finding such a fantastic match, and thank you, Anna, for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be booking again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1st time I have paid for a massage, and I have no regrets. Kevin who i was treated by was professional and effective. My 2nd appointment will be booked soon!! Recommend this service !!

I had an excellent full body massage experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the therapist made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The massage was the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation, helping to release tension throughout my whole body. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again.

After some advice I booked a sports massage through Knead. I'm not a sports person but have a chronic health condition that affects joints and connective tissue and my overall feeling of being well. I also get all the associated but very common problems with neck and shoulder tensions due to computer use and sitting for most of the day studying and working. Knead listened to all of this. David, my therapist listened again, advised and took this into account - and recognised areas of tension that I hadn't acknowledged such as my arms - associated with all the desk work. David was super professional - I opted for home visit and I felt safe. Massage was great - it wasn't like the spa kind of massage I've had before. I like both, but this was more targeted and therapeutic, and still relaxing. I recommend :)

John is extremely responsive on messages making it so easy to ask anything! I have hypermobility so I asked who would be best to see and he found us a local therapist who has been so helpful in accessing my needs. I actually don't need the massage, but my boyfriend who also had an appointment definitely does and will be returning to Teri for more massages and I will be seeing her for strengthening exercises for my hypermobility after a long time searching for someone to help me with it. Overall a great experience

Very personal and listened to me and gave me some brilliant advice. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you.
