We are a refreshingly different way to approach healthcare. We are not insurance. We are a Community of like-minded individuals, families, and businesses that manage their own healthcare. Our Members have no limitations, like networks, because our services work the same way in every state. Through concierge support, we manage our Members' costs for general wellness care and for new medical conditions, like illnesses, injuries, and pregnancies. We drastically reduce the cost of healthcare through negotiations and limit the financial impact on individual members by sharing medical costs among all members. Members also receive annual allowances to put towards additional health/wellness costs, along with access to free health coaching, discounts on supplements, free 24/7 telemedicine, discounts on lab work, and so much more. We make it possible to effectively manage healthcare expenses through the simplicity of a monthly membership.

The best insurance we've had yet!

We had a previous health share for insurance and then switched to Knew and they are far and away better! Not only are they lightning fast in replying to everything I submit, but they are also very helpful in customer service. We are also saving hundreds per month for our family of seven and getting better coverage. 10/10 would recommend Knew!

Finally a company that cares!

Their customer service go above and beyond to help. They have lots of extras I didn't expect when we joined. I'm always coming across a free class, reimbursements, discounts etc. They give me a heads up my membership is about to renew which is nice.

The 3rd and BEST healthshare we’ve used!

Knew is the 3rd and BEST healthshare we have used. I chose them because their preventative care options allow us to actually USE our plan for what we need, and I love that they allow the flexibility for us to use functional medicine and alternative treatments like breast sonography. We had to submit our first need for an illness recently and I was in SHOCK at how quickly they paid our bills. The first one in 3 days and the second one in less than 2 hours. I mean…WOW! Such a relief to have this great company available.

KnewHealth is amazing and has saved us so much money!

KnewHealth is amazing and has saved my family so much in Insurance, over $1,000/Month! They have been so helpful in every situation, are fair, and go above and beyond to help their customers with anything. The entire team is fantastic! Sandra Pereira, Kerry Caprino, Carissa Jordan, and John Barbosa have been especially helpful. I would hands down recommend KnewHealth to anyone!

Hassle free & Easy to work with!

Every single interaction I had with their customer care representatives, and any care request was handled professionally and extremely promptly. I cannot recommend this insurance enough and would keep it if my new employment did not offer a cheaper option. I’m still keeping my options open to come back to this if the monopolized insurance company that my new employment uses gives us the runaround (as per usual with the bigger corrupt companies). I highly recommend this healthcare company for any self-employed individual that wants a hasslefree English speaking company that actually has the consumers best interest in mind— rather than making a buck. Would give more stars if possible.

The best health cost share ever

I love the flexibility of care that I receive. I can see any doctor without limitations. I’ve had two babies with them and 0 trouble with sharing the expenses. We’re so glad to be a part of this community.

I am so happy i found this medical…

I am so happy i found this medical health share option. I absolutely love it! I hate regular health insurance. It is such a scam and a rip off IMO. I love Knew Health and have used them several times for large medical expenses and they have always come through. All bills were paid, after my initial IUA was paid. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone wanting to get away from "conventional" health insurance. Health Share plans are the way to go. And i liked that you did not have to be involved in a religious organization to be part of this. Other health share plans require that.

I’m blown away by the support I have…

I’m blown away by the support I have received from Knew Health! Sandra is amazing and gets back with me promptly and explains everything so detailed and easy to understand! I had emergency surgery on January 9, and I was so concerned because this was my first time using shared insurance. I will be recommending Knew Health to everyone I know!

Stellar Customer Service!

I have been with Knew Health for a few years now and we have only needed to receive reimbursements for preventative care until this year when my daughter had to have an emergency appendectomy. The team was immediately responsive, and walked me through the steps I needed to take on my end. We satisfied our IUA (initial unsharable amount) and Knew Health paid the remainder of our bill within 1 month of my daughter’s surgery. I have never come across such amazing customer service. I have dealt with insurance companies and a different health share in the past and Knew Health is hands down the BEST!!! Thank you Knew Health for your stellar customer service and for truly being a company that cares about your members. I highly recommend Knew Health!

Best Health Share out there!

Finally! A health plan that actually makes sense and is also affordable. The wellness and prevention mindset and support is incredible. The ability to choose providers, including alternative and functional medicine, is unrivaled. I have been with almost a dozen health plans over the last 15 years and KnewHealth wins!

I would really like to see an app on my…

I would really like to see an app on my phone that I can take pictures of bills and submit for review. Something a lot more quick and simple. I would like to be able to withdraw my premiums for my bank account versus having to go through a credit card. I would also like some sort of member card that I can give my healthcare providers an emergency circumstances when I may not be able to talk.

We’re excited to share that we are currently working on a new and improved platform that will be launching within the next few months, and it is designed to address the exact concerns you mentioned, including a simpler bill submission process and additional account management options. We cannot wait to roll this out and significantly improve the overall Member Portal experience for you and all of our Members.

Regarding a member card, we also want to clarify that because Knew Health is not health insurance, we do not issue insurance or membership ID cards. When receiving care, Members should simply let providers know they are a self-pay patient. In emergency situations, if you are unable to communicate this at the time of service, it can always be addressed afterward, and we also recommend making sure family members are aware that you are self-pay.
