I've ordered from this site on a number of occasions.

Yes they have a great easy to navigate website. Prompt delivery. Great customer service and returns policy blah blah blah.

But what really sets them apart from nearly every other knife store in Europe (and sometimes in the U.S.) is their pricing. It's simply unbeatable.

I often scratch my head and wonder if they're actually making a profit on some of their products. (No joke).

I'm fortunate enough to be able to visit one of their main retail outlets to see their knives in person before ordering. When that's not possible I simply pull the trigger and buy online.

If something's wrong or not to my liking the returns process is straight forward and easy to use.

Over the past year or so they've really increased the range of brands on offer. This is great for European shoppers looking to get those expensive USA knives at a great price. (I just wish they would add a few more brands such as Heretic, Squid Industries, Jewel Designs etc).

Regardless, I recommend them without hesitation & will continue to shop there.

I buy knives, accessories, sharpening stones, and defense equipment in 3 e-shops overall, one of which is Knifestock.
Regarding the price, Knifestock is unbeatable.
I like that it is possible to choose selected accessories (paracord, sharpeners) with a higher discount for knife orders.
Shipments with the Knifestock logo are always promptly packaged.
I have not "tried" customer service or complaints yet, because everything has been fine so far and there was nothing to solve.
As for the choice of the e-shop that I will choose to buy knives in case they also have them elsewhere, I will choose according to the following:
In the case of reliable e-shops, if the price difference of the selected goods is up to 10%, the positive experience with the e-shop, or the overall impression of the e-shop from the order, notification to delivery, will prevail. With a higher discount, I will choose the e-shop with a lower price for the goods. If I need more things, I will choose an e-shop with a wider range at a comparable price.
If I had a negative experience with an e-shop (response to a customer's request, procedures, if something is wrong with the goods), the discount can be any high, I avoid it.
Knifestock meets the requirements, such as reliability, selection, prices and an overall good impression of the store.

All good i have only positive experience lot of brands and good prices i recomend this shop.
