Very poor customer service. I contacted them after the seams started coming apart and the zip broke after just a couple of months of use and they continued to suggest the damage was not consistent with normal use! Clearly their bags are not suitable for everyday use.
It’s the worse company to deal with. Bad communication, 2 months on and no products, I dread to think what the actual products going to be like!
Ordered my bag, delivered without the decorations on, messaged to return, they would not accept, they believed they had fulfilled the order and that was the end of it. Owner is rude.
i ordered a backpack for my niece 24 days ago and it’s no even going to be on time for christmas!!!!😩😡😡😡😡😡
I’m disappointed with my experience ordering from Knit & Carry. My package was marked “out for delivery” four days ago and still hasn’t arrived, with no tracking updates since. The company keeps repeating that the delay is due to the courier, but they haven’t provided any new details, confirmation, or real updates about where my order actually is. Their responses feel generic and haven’t helped resolve the issue.
At this point, I’m left waiting with no product and no clarity. Based on my experience, I don’t recommend buying from this company until they improve their shipping reliability and communication.
The bag is beautiful to look at, after a little while of using it the zip came off the runner, I mended it and got it going again only for the same thing to happen again. I’ve contacted seller with no response for a replacement or refund. I know another parent in the same class and the same has happened her daughters bag so it’s not just a one off
Worst company I’ve used, they didn’t start making the order until 2 weeks after because I hassled them, they only ship their items when its convenient for them and they delete all their comments on insta leaving the good ones to make them seem like a legit company. DO NOT BUY. Ps their excuse was my email said .con not .com which isn’t true

I ordered my kids’ daycare bags from Knit & Carry on 15 October 2025, and it’s now been weeks with no updates, no tracking number, and no sign of my order. When I first reached out, I was told production had resumed and my order was being prepared — but since then, nothing.
The lack of communication and delays are completely unacceptable, especially for something as simple as a backpack order. I’ve been more than patient, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you’re prepared to wait indefinitely and chase up every update yourself.
Avoid at all costs.
Been waiting for 6 weeks. Complained and the responses are ridiculous and ignore my request for a refund.
Abysmal.
Backpack looked cute- however after the 1st month of using the backpack it is broken and completely unusable. All the zippers are broken and seams already coming undone. Quality is very poor- cannot recommend as the product is junk.
Daughter is Jk and has only used this bag for 2 weeks and the seems are falling apart, a strap is falling off and a zipper has broke. She only carries a lunchpale in it and she only weighs 30pounds (so isn't throwing it around). Sent an email to the company to see what they had to say or if they wanted to do anything about it(since I paid a lot of money for it) and got zero reply.

Very slow delivery, zips broke after a couple of uses, bag in general is okay quality but not good in the rain as not reinforced with any decent waterproofing. Overall not an awful product but given the price I would expect a better quality bag all round.
The bag is okay quality but the knitted name is disjointed and there is a separation between letters. I contacted on 4th June to query this and they said they would look into it. I had to chase this up where they confirmed it shouldn’t look that way and offered me 15% refund. I explained I’d rather return the bag and have another customised and they have since ignored my communications. Highly disappointing as I haven’t had any refund nor a replacement so I would not recommend them at all. Poor service and poor quality product. Not surprised they have a low rating and I should have read reviews beforehand. Avoid.
I was meant to receive my order in time for my daughter’s birthday and it not only is late it’s now arriving 5 weeks later. I have emailed the company four times chasing for an update, messaged them on Instagram and emailed them through the form on the website with no reply. Shocking customer service
These bags are really poor quality & design for the money; shoulder straps constantly slide (requiring constant adjustment), the zip ties and fastenings have all failed and the side pockets dont fit any toddler bottles (despite this being their purpose). Dont be fooled by the beautiful designs; in reality this is a basic back pack that i dont think is suitable for a child (given the strap issue). I have raised this with them directly via Face Book and after a few initial emails + requests for photos, i have not recieved any guidance or resolution.
